Wonderful service from reception! They welcomed us and were able to arrange for medication to be delivered to our room when I was ill a few hours before check out. We enjoyed room service for dinner 2 nights - great meal choices and reasonable prices and such a nice option after long days seeing the sites around Luxor. The pool and dining areas overlooking the Nile are beautiful at sunrise (watch the hot air balloons) and sunset. Several nice dining options. We walked to Luxor temple, McD and Habiba Gallery with no issues. A few shops on the bottom floor. Stop at the tour desk to setup airport transfers - great resource. Lovely, clean room with everything we needed! Thank you for a wonderful stay! Highly recommend!

This is such a lovely hotel that I keep on returning to and am always sad to leave. The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Pool is well maintained and overlooks the Nile. Food is good with a number of restaurants within the hotel and in walking distance of local restaurants and Luxor temple. A big thank you to a member of the housekeeping staff who found my gold necklace that I had left in my room, I will be back again next year 🤞🏻to pick it up.

The staff here are extremely hospitable and make me feel like home. I come here for graduation trip and the hotel gives me a big surprise! They gave me a wonderful chocolate cake. From staff at reception to housekeeper to staff in restaurant, they all show great hope to me and I am so happy for choosing this hotel during my stay in Luxor.

Just returned from I think my 12th visit to this fantastic hotel and already planning for next year. Everything was perfect, lovely kind helpful staff nothing was too much trouble and rooms spotless. Well positioned for sightseeing. Lovely pool with views over the Nile a great place to watch the sunset.

Good hotel but internet is terrible, almost non-existant at times. Breakfast is good as expected but lacks details such as no orange juice, no nuts/raisin for cereal etc. Would gave rated better but for these deficiencies.

Great location that is a short taxi ride away from Luxor temple & Karnak palace. Situated along the Nile river, making it easy to hop aboard a felucca. The hotel has plenty of amenities to pamper yourself

Wonderful holiday I want to write a review about the wonderful days I spent at your hotel. These were amazing days, full of relaxation. And we are very glad that we chose this hotel on our trip to Luxor. The hotel area is very clean, the rooms are renovated, in a modern style and look very cozy. The food is varied and delicious. The hotel has three a la carte restaurants to suit different tastes. We really liked the Italian restaurant, but if you are a fan of Asian or Oriental cuisine, you will also be very pleased, because the hotel has wonderful restaurants of Thai and Lebanese cuisine. The service is at a high level, the staff is friendly and responsive. I would like to express my special gratitude to the guest relation team, the girls do an excellent job, they are always positive and helpful. We did not have any problems during our vacation, but we saw that the girls are always in contact with the guests and provide a high level of hospitality. Our warm greetings to Svetlana, we hope to see you next year. Many thanks to all the hotel staff and the housekeeping of our room. Perfect Location - right on the Nile - own jetty for motorboat taxi. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean! Can't wait to return next year! Best restaurants were the Thai and the Italian. Breakfast was abundant. Pool was not crowded and really warm.

Lovely place, wonderful hotel. Amazingly friendly staff--everyone was very welcoming. Fantastic breakfast bar and three very good restaurant. The views of the Nile are stunning with gorgeous sunsets. Among our top 10 hotels. We would go back.

Great stay and A-level client services. The room is big with nice view on the Nile, the libanese restaurant is divine, I even got the most delicate birthday cake surprise. Nasco Tours desk inside the hotel makes our visits easier - ask for the guide Raimo he is the best! A special shout out to the jewellery shop - family-owned business for more than 200years with worth it 18k gold treasures. Only a machine noise you can hear in rooms sometimes and the noise of the swimming pool makes it not 5 stars. But I'll still recommand this great Nile palace!
