Price/ quality: suberb. Food and service : great! The beautiful garden with all kinds of flowers and tress gave us enough shadow and cosy times! The room on the top floor was very nice: all in! Special style! ( See photo's on their website) . Friendly and well- serving staff.

We ended up here following a recommendation from a local resident who knows the chef. On offer are Egyptian dishes, pasta and sandwiches - all cooked to order. The kebab hala is excellent, the beer cheap, there is free WiFi and prices and medium-low. Recommended!

A lovely quiet hotel on the West Bank. Lovely staff, good food, beautiful garden, clean, good sized room. No complaints- I'd highly recommend. Nearby ferry gets you to the busier east bank in 10 mins. Hotel car got me to the valley of the kings at dawn, where I was the only tourist for an hour.

If you are staying in Luxor's West Bank, El Fayrouz hotel and restaurant is a fabulous choice for accommodation and food. The owner/manager Khaled is a kind and caring man, the hotel rooms are clean with views and the garden restaurant is my favourite in all of the West. The variety on the menu is great and food is delicious...

After having some tough trips throughout Egypt, we found El Fayrouz with its lovely garden restaurant and roof top views of the Nile valley, and were finally able to relax fully on the quiet side of the Nile in Luxor. We got a lovely spacious room full of light near the top, and really enjoyed the more peaceful atmosphere, The...

I have not stayed at this hotel but have eaten there many times. The food is always good and at a good price. It is great to enjoy good food in their lovely garden. It is a great local haunt and often visited by visiting Egyptologists.

The garden setting is relaxed and comfortable, the menu extensive and well priced. It really delivers on its promises. The staff are brilliant! We have only been here for evening meals but its one of our favourites.. It really is a hidden gem! The crepes are delightful!
