Reviewed yesterday NEW

The room is good and has great view over Nile. Good location close to everything in Luxor. However the service is average. They even tried to charge us more for paying by a credit card. I didn't like smoking on the main hall, you cannot talk to the reception without smelling it.

I made a reservation through a 3rd party website and got a very cheap deal as it was February. Had I paid more money for the hotel is would probably be inclined to complain about a few things. As it stands the room was comfortable, the shower was nice and the views of the sunset were great. The location right...

The hotel is really nice with a very low rate compared to the quality, but the facilities is old but in a good condition i guess if they tried renovating the hotel will be perfect, also the breakfast staff are nice but the egg station chef was a little bit tough

Stayed 19/12/16 to 09/01/17 The staff at this hotel are great. New year gala dinner the food was excellent & entertainment fun. The hotel management are not friendly. General manager cannot even say hello! Complained (politely) after 3 days of the espresso machine no it working. Received gifts of fruit, biscuits etc. However the coffee machine was still not working...

Stayed here in Jan 2017, with family and friends , we made reservation for 2 Superior Double rooms and Superior Triple Room all with Nile View. Thinking we will have double bed and comfortable as we have kids, but surprisingly once we reached the Hotel. Check in process was very slow and we were waiting for about 45mins after a...

Yesterday was my first night *Check in was horrible, without any info or even a smile. (Is it a strange to ask for another key??) *Room was nearly clean, but without a single towel or even a hand soap. *We had received a wrong luggage but finally we received ours after almost an hour. *Today's breakfast was awful , no...

I try so hard not to give places and hotels harsh ratings, but this was everything but a 4 star hotel, maybe a low 3 star. 150mb of WiFi fir a stay is an absolute joke! Yes, I was out mostly, but that is really bad! And they charge 200 EGP or something for a further 250mb..... The Pizza restaurant...

While entering this hotel, I was not very sure what kind of service I would receive. However, when we checked in and got into the room, it was fantastic. Room was slightly small for 3 people, but there was a balcony that opened on the river Nile side. A fantastic view of the river, and also of the swimming pool...

Overall this hotel is ok. But I am very annoyed that the reception staff refused to accept local currency from my friends when they were checking out! They were forced to pay in euros. The receptionist even said this is the law. In fact, all prices in the hotel were in Egyptian pounds (EGP) anyway. Actually it is illegal for...
