It’s not about how you start a relationship, but rather how you finish one. Even though our stay started off a bit rocky, it ended VERY, VERY, VERY well. In fact, we would stay there in a heartbeat for three reasons: 1. The location was convenient. Being close to the mall offered the opportunity to take advantage of the wide variety of shops, stores, eateries, and markets. 2. Being a Marriott Bonvoy has great benefits for accruing points. And their included Happy Hour drinks and food for Bonvoy members was an excellent value-add really. 3. The people, people, people….did I say people? From the reception team to the night manager to the security, bell hop, housekeeping, waiter, driver, and even the spa teams, everyone was concerned about and committed to our satisfaction, especially because we were in Nairobi purely for medical reasons. Bonus: the team was also intentional about helping me pick up some Kiswahili (and even Sheng) bcuz they could tell I really wanted to learn their languages. So, ASANTE SANA SANA SANA to Norah, Alloys, Issa, Mansura, Teresia, Jackline, Valentine, Virginia, Jane, Leah, Barbra, Francis, Blair, Edga, Sherline, Bonareri, and Alex!!!! Mungu aku Bariki you all…until next time🤗☀️🙏🏾!…
