My wife, son & i stayed over for a weekend in their junior suite which had a sofa, two large beds and a kitchen.....quite lovely, room was exactly the way it was in their pictures😊. Their customer service was top-notch always ensuring we were okay and there were no extra charges or hidden costs. We very much enjoyed their rooftop restaurant which had an amazing and relaxing view. Being at the top of Signature Mall also came in handy.....spa options for my wife, game arcade for our son and pool bar for me😊 Let's just say our 2day stay was fantastic, we can't wait to go back for an out-of-town (but not far out-of-town) experience.

Very clean and spacious, amazing staff! So luxurious! Breakfast could have been better. Our airport transfer took over an hour since the car has been clamped. Getting dinner took 1,5 hours even tough there was only one client in addition to us. Still, we loved it and would come back!

We had a wonderful stay for three weeks. The staff was so warm, kind, helpful and service-minded. Lovely rooms, facilities, food and events. Very clean. Good location away from Nairobi city center and also close to supermarket etc in the mall.

We had a good time at Azure hotel.The room was super clean and amazing.The food was great and the staff were nice and generous, always checking if you are ok.Not forgetting the hot shower in the morning.You can soak all day long.Sylvia thank you for making our new years stay superb we will surely come back again.

We stayed at Azure Airport Hotel prior to flights from JKIA and it was a genuinely good, very easy and affordable stay. Our room was massive, clean, bright, quiet and well appointed. Full size twin beds is always appreciated. Staff were friendly and efficient. We took a packed breakfast due to our early start, which were really big serves and of good fresh quality. Water pressure in the shower was poor and took a long time to get hot but the bath was fab.
