Lavington Hill staff were very gracious and kind to me during my stay. They were able to arrange for a driver for me for two days and make reservations at the David Sheldrick site to adopt an elephant. In addition the chef prepared an outstanding red snapper meal for me my last evening.

My husband and I stayed in Lavington Hill House in July 2016. From our first contact with them we found them to be very helpful. Airport pick up was arranged and was there ready and waiting when we arrived at 2.30am. Upon arrival we were met by Beatrice who welcomed us; showed us to our room and made sure we...

Lavington Hill House is a beautiful, well maintained place with spacious, well designed rooms. I would have wished to stay for a week and just relax there. There is a balcony attached to the rooms, a nice hot shower, comfortable bed, space to work and relax and more. The staff were considerate and helpful and were committed to making sure...

From my first enquiry I could not have had better service or a more professional one. Lucy and Beatrice are to be commended. The guesthouse is difficult to find but they will always arrange transport. A beautiful house that looks colonial, yet was actually built in 2002. The owner Anderson is a charming host. Food was lovely and made to...

I was very impressed with the service I received from the staff here. They were extremely friendly and helpful with questions I had about the area and making sure I had everything I needed. The complimentary breakfast was very good and there was a lot of variety in the meals. I don't have any complaints at all with the place,...

This is one of my favourite places to stay at in Nairobi. Have stayed there about four times (each time for about a couple of weeks). The rooms are tastefully done and comfortable with basic amenities (no A/C, ok Wi-fi). The property is beautiful and quiet, despite being located quite centrally. The food can get a bit repetitive if you...

Lavington Hill House is a large neo-colonial building in lush gardens situated in the Lavington area of Nairobi. It is not easy to find without detailed directions as the house has no name board outside and is difficult to see behind large black gates. It is a private house where the owner and his children live in a separate wing....
