The manager/ the "OWNERS" niece needs a good lesson on mannerism as well as a managerial course on hospitality. Myself with my family and friends rented two apartments at the Pinari residence for my wedding and received the worst service possible. Maids, the managers and the rest of staff have terrible attitude. Do NOT stay at the residence it is the worst place to be at.

We have just spent a wonderful week with family at the Panari residence in Westlands. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Has a huge open kitchen and lounge area, super comfy beds and an elegant finish. Service was outstanding, the staff were all very friendly and really went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and helped us to find the best places to visit around Nairobi. We loved the location, there are lots of great restaurants and shopping centres just near by. We are looking forward to coming back here again!
