Doesn't get worse than this. Bad food, noisy and very rude staff. In the morning we went to the restaurant for breakfast and catching up. After few minutes (Maybe 45) one of the waiters rudely demanded that we pay for what we have take and leave the hotel. He also said that we were holding a meeting and we should...

Basic, clean hotel very close to Central Business District. There aren't many hotels in the locality that offer rooms at such low rates. The wi-fi in public areas is reasonably fast, but it isn't so good in rooms. The downside is that there is very very loud music being played on Saturday nights (vehicle honks, loud speakers, vuvuzela, god knows...

The people who work at the Diamond Hotel are not the brightest. You ask for food and they constantly don't know if it's there, and mostly they don't even know what they are serving you when you ask them. Great vacation... The rooms were dusty, which is quite a disappointment compared with the outside of the building, making it look...

We bought our room so that we could have Internet. We checked the Internet multiple times and they kept telling us it was fixed. Finally we asked when in would be fixed the next afternoon and they said no one ever came to work on it. The breakfast kitchen was empty and they said they had to go out to...

Stayed the nights of 9 and 10 April 2014 and paid KES2,000 for one person in a single room on the first night and KES3,000 for two adults and an 8-year-old in a double room on the second night. Rooms were clean and have a private bathroom, towels and TV with 7 channels. Restaurant and bar on the first floor....
