It was our third stay there and, like before, Kenya Comfort provided all it promised all along: a perfect place in the very centre of Nairobi to spend a night before your safari. However this time we were offered a choice of three rooms, which was a very nice touch. I would like to highly recommend dinner on the balcony...

This is well placed within the central business district so you can find your way using known streets. The Standard rooms were clean and the staff very welcoming and helpful. That 24 hour restaurant and WiFi were a plus. Although the WiFi connection was a bit unstable. We would have loved for the lift to be in service, but we...

The hotel is very clean. It is also very secure with security guards on stand by 24hrs. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is central and 2mns away from riverside shuttles going to Arusha and Moshi. The food is good and at a good price. The only downside is that it is located in a very noisy area...

We thank you for taking your precious time to write a review regarding your experience during your stay with us. Our location is very convenient to those who want to connect shuttles to Arusha and Moshi as they are right outside our door step. Noise is an issue beyond our control but it only happens on late Fridays and Saturdays...

We stayed here for two nights prior to going to Tanzania. The location is very central and located very close to where the shuttle buses are to take you to Moshi/Arusha. The hotel seemed very secure with guards that let you into to hotel and then into each of the floors- this was both good and concerning for us. The...

Really good hotel in nice neighborhood with excellent cheap restaurants right beside it. The staff were really nice, especially the receptionist who was particularly friendly and helpful. Room was big and well furnished. Hotel is quiet. Breakfast was excellent. + there's a sun lounge on the roof.

This hotel is perfectly located in downtown Nairobi. We continued from Nairobi to Tanzania, and the impala shuttle (which goes to Arisha & Moshi) is located directly across the street. The rooms are clean and the restaurant is delightfully surprising in both its range of offerings and the quality of cuisine. Most importantly, however, the staff take genuine care of...

Stayed here prior to starting an Intrepid Safari Trip. The staff were friendly and the place was clean but very basic. There was plenty of hot water for our shower. The absolute downer was noise. Sitting right next to a market we were not surprised by the street noise but were disturbed by it. However the racket coming from the...

Unlike the previous stay this time the hotel disappointed us: a tiny room and even a smaller bathroom that you could hardly squeeze in. No electricity in any of the sockets. No internet access. My stay was short and I liked the place since it was centrally located. The dorm rooms are pretty tight squeeze with luggage. Four beds 1 small bathroom which is very tiny. Thank you for your exciting review regarding your experience during your stay with us. The dorm concept came up to cater for budget international travellers and is also popular for budget guests who are normally in a group.
