Not sure of what to expect, we were more than happy with the bright, spacious and comfortable tent, perfect for our family party which included 7 and 12 year old girls. We were located at the far end of the camp, with staggering views across a migration path, allowing sightings of Zebra, Giraffe, Wildebeest and Baboon from the comfort of...

We visited in August, and didn't write a review because we honestly couldn't add anything to the praise already heaped on Kicheche by previous contributors. I have just read the awful review by Mr 'Liketotravel of Detroit' who claims to have also visited in August but strangely didn't get round to penning his invective until November. If you are planning...

For the past two years, I have chaperoned a high school group doing charity work, and we ended our stay with visiting the Mara. We stayed at the Kicheche Private Camp for 2 consecutive years. I'd go again this coming March, too, but am saddened that we can't. What makes it great? To get to the place -- which is...

Little Kicheche is the most beautiful camp setting I’ve ever visited in six different tented camps over the years. Constant close-up wildlife viewing from your porch. Magnificent tents, food and guides combined with the impeccable Kicheche service makes this one of the best tented camps in Kenya. I’ve been to 3 of the 4 Kicheche camps and if I had...

I returned home yesterday after a ten day trip that concluded with 5 nights at Kicheche Mara Camp. For me, that last location was absolutely the best and with a combination of sheer luxury and abundant wildlife I would highly recommend the camp. The luxury began on arrival, with damp flannels to wipe away the dust and cool juice to...

We went to this camp based upon the reviews here on Tripadvisor. While it wasnt bad, I have to say it came no where near the other 2 camps we visited for about the same per night cost. Serian gave us a private vehicle, and Olonana was just about perfect, with a lot more luxury. This was our first visit...

Dear liketotravel1969 We have no record of you ever having stayed at our property and we can only conclude you are abusing the purpose of Trip Advisor by steering viewers to other properties through making fraudulent accusations against our own. We are therefore pursuing the matter with the Trip Advisor fraud department. Greg Monson Kicheche Camps

Myself and my husband spent the first three nights of our African honeymoon at Kicheche and had an amazing experience. Eche and Nina met us on our arrival and immediately made us feel at home. All of the staff were very friendly, the guides were very informative and the drive vehicles were of a very high quality. I was stunned...

Kicheche Mara Camp is a little larger and older than the other Kicheche camps and a little less intimate. Still, the hosts (Eche & Nina) and guide David were good, and the staff was exceptional. Mike, Fred, John (speaks so many languages!) and Phillip were all great people. The other guests that went on game drives with us were fun...

As a first time safari goer i couldn't fault the experience of Kicheche. On so many levels, there are too many to go into. The accomodation is perfect (we staying in Pofy tent which was regularly engulfed in zebra and occasional giraff with a lion kill about 200m from the front door one night. The wildlife locally is incredible and...

My wife and I arrived at Kicheche after 10 days relaxing in Seychelles and were ready for 5 days of action packed safari - and boy did the guys at Kicheche deliver! We were greeted by camp manager Eche who welcomed us warmly and explained everything throughly and then sent us off to our accomodation - WOW! - an amazing...
