We stayed for 3 nights in November. The Mara camp is a lovely small, intimate camp. The tents are fantastic, with lovely beds, bathrooms and a nice sitting area outside. The showers are bucket showers which sound scarier than they are. They worked really well...More

We came end of June. Early morning (6.15) game drives are cold! You need a jacket. We had no flies. Natural colours are best - long sleeved cotton shirts are good. Nobody wears fancy clothes. You only need sleeveless tops for the short time between lunch and afternoon game drive when it should be warm. Re shoes - we wore trainers/sneakers most of the time. Have a great time. We loved it.
