Obviously the location of this hotel is very good - 10 minutes walk to Tian An men square and Forbidden City Palace Museum, 10 minutes walk to nearest metro station, lots of restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast is not included. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as it is quite expensive 80 RMB. If you wake up early there...

We stayed in a basic room. Price was good, clean & OK sized room, comfortable bed. The bathroom had light mildew and slight odor. (This is almost the norm for less expensive hotels in China). Hotel reception clerks speak just enough English to get you to your room and deal with billing, do not expect much more. The hotel is...

The room was average and windowless but good for the budget. It was so close to major attractions: Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, fancy shopping street(s), and fun alley of sorts with all kinds of foods...including bugs on a stick! We felt safe here too.

The good: - Very, very decent price - Location: 7-min walk from either Wangfujing or Tiananmen East subway station; close enough walk to the main strip but quiet enough otherwise - Room (Economy room, no window) was well-appointed, comfortable and clean - Friendly and helpful staff - In-house restaurant on L2 is decent, and not exorbitant; 10% discount for guests...

Booked a no window room, stayed 1 night, everything was clean, the location was really perfect, 5 min walk to Tiananmen Square, staff could not speak english, but that's China... :-) Would recommend for a short stay. A small market is just across the hotel so everything was fine.

Good location, close to Forbidden City, Tienanmen Square, Mall strip, lots of shopping and food within walking distance. Rooms were spacious, but could use a good vacuum. The counter staff is very stiff, not really friendly. But relatively helpful if you make the effort to communicate with them. Phone translation app an extremely useful tool to have.

The hotel doesn't seem to be able to get the numbers right since day 1. Nevertheless room cleaning was great. On the last day they called a cab for us but couldn't fit in our 2 big & 1 medium luggages thus the boot had to be left open till the AirPort. useful information in case you need: airport express...

TianAn Rega offers their guests a lovely environment, nice hotel restaurant and rooftop bar. This hotel has good service hours for the restaurant and bar. The staff might not speak English but they really go out of their way to help you and be of service. The rooms are lovely and the hotel location is perfect. A simple rock throw...

This is a very good hotel to stay in when touring Beijing. 10-min. walk to Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square, 5-min. walk to Wangfujing and 10-min walk to the nearest Metro station. As we were out most of the time, we didn't try nor get to see their restaurant and other amenities. Our room was big enough for our family,...

Didn't stay here but did go to the rooftop bar for cocktails and Peking duck. A hidden gem. Great views of the forbidden city and Beijing. We had the place to ourselves. Food better than average. Cocktails fair.
