This hotel service is considerably excellent. The room is spacious, but a little big old. Maybe if it refurbish will be prefect. Location is one of the best. The airport Shuttld best is just next to the hotel, metro is nearby Line 5 and 6.

Compared to the half-dozen hotels I've stayed in in provincial Chinese cities, this was the best. It is close to a subway station and within walking distance of Tiananmen Square. Most of the front-desk staff spoke good English. The room was comfortable, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The restaurant and laundry-service were expensive, but the room price, with breakfast included and...

Room charge was fair for a 4 stars hotel like this. Even the room decorations are traditional, yet, that's how it will attracted you to stay. Very large room space as well as bath room. Close to a subway station - Dong Shu, so convenient to transport from here to many spots of Beijing. Didn't eat here, so no comment...

The hotel is very good, but it is not a 5*. Probably for Asia, I don't know, but it can not compare with a Radisson 5* for example. The location is good, close to center and commercial streets or attractions. Rooms are ok, but they are not exceptionally clean, specially the bathrooms. Restaurant downstairs is incredibly expensive and I didn't...

We arrived in the early morning after 14 hour flight. The hotel service was great and helpful. The room was clean and delightful. The hotel is close to the attractions for sightseeing. We were able to go to the national theater, which is a must see place.

It was first time spending 8 nights at a hotel. I think comfort is a major thing consider if you are staying for a long period in a hotel and Prime Hotel has succeeded in delivering that. The room was big, clean, and most importantly, warm (because the weather was starting to get cold in Beijing at the time of...

The hotel lies in the centre of Beijing and main sightseeing is just around. Staff is very friendly and it is very clean. The breakfast is absolutely delicious, though they have breakfast just until 10. Top pick in Beijing.

Arrived after a long flight to find that the hotel had overbooked their rooms and that our family room booked and specifically chosen 3 months ago was not available . An alternative room was offered which did not suit our needs . Eventually a solution was found but hotel management could have been much more proactive and professional in their...
