Average room and bath. Shower head had 1/2 water from shower head and 1/2 water from spigot, wasting half the water and not giving a strong spray from the shower. Hot water came quickly and was even in temperature. Beds more comfortable than normal. Two pillows, but both a little flat. Internet free and fairly strong. AC not working and...

I made a recent business trip to Beijing and stayed at this hotel as I thought it catered for travellers. The website certainly implied it did, but be clear - you might be OK if you speak Mandarin. Else, it's a struggle. First the building; It looks a bit dated but "relatively" modern...ish. The area of the hotel is a...

I have stayed at this hotel three times now - reading some of the reviews i was a bit concerned when i booked to stay this week. In my opinion the hotel was fine - there have been a number of improvements from my stay last year - the breakfast menue was good and the overall atmosphere of the hotel...

Stayed with 97 guests and had a terrible time. AC was not working for both the days we stayed. Staff was not cooperative as they could not speak english. Wi Fi was not working in most of the rooms and Break fast had a very limited spread.

Stayed on business and, from the time we checked in, everything was a battle. No staff really understood English, the bathrooms were dirty (grout on tiling was black in places), breakfast was Ok but, again, the language barrier was a major issue. Comfort-side, the room was fine but we arrived in spring - with the weather variable - and air...

Travelled on business, and stayed here due to proximity to the company i was visiting. Very poor english skills on reception. my company had emailed payment details ahead, but the hotel had not checked emails, so long drawn out process to book in. Eventually pre-authorised my card but when i came to book out they had not pre-authorised enough and...

Quiet and reasonably priced hotel in the center of Tongzhou being located in the Beijing suburbs. If you have to do business in Tongzhou, it is definitelythe best option however no option if you have to go back to downtown. English skills of staff were actually surprisingly good. The only somehow disappointing feature was the breakfast on the ground floor.

The reason I choose this hotel is because it was close to the people who take us to view all the attractions. I had the executive deluxe suite for 2 nights, and I was glad to leave the place asap. To be honest, it doesn't worth the money I paid for. The bathroom's sewer was stink, I have to use...

Upon arrival, there were 3 receptionists who could not speak a word of english. There was a separate customer service desk not far from here, customer service staff had to assist me with checking in. They asked for a 'deposit' which is the total room charge for the entire stay. When i told them no, the customer service staff then...

The room was clean and fairly spacious with nice furniture for relaxing or working at the desk. There was a sitting area with a couch and chairs. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was fairly cramped. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful, but the breakfast room staff tended to ignore the guy who couldn't speak Chinese. The...
