Location is not good it is far from downtown and near the olympic stadium area. There are not really many good restaurant options within walking distance. The subway is close. Rooms are really nice and the food is good.

Business trip for 5 nights. Hotel is located pretty far from city centre, but close to for example the CNCC. Takes 30-40 minutes with taxi to just north of forbidden city. 10 minutes to CNCC. Lot of restaurants in the nearby area. Arrived at 10 am in the morning. My room wasn't ready, but I got a free upgrade and... More

While this hotel may look old, its spacious lobby and clean, well-designed rooms are welcome especially by travel-weary convention attendees. The Olympic Village and CNCC are not far and staying in this hotel is an excellent option. The Chinese and Japanese restaurants in this hotel have excellent offerings at reasonable prices.

I am in Beijing to attend a conference at China Convention Center so I chose to stay here in the expectation that the staff could speak English and the location is not far away from the conference venue. However, I found that most of the staff cannot understand English at all. I spent more than half an hour to explain... More

Located in the former Olympic area, the hotel is surrounded by an amazing assortment of restaurants, most of which are new and trendy. Given that Beijing is a very large and spread-out city, any location will have its pluses and minuses. I found this location to be fairly accessible to most areas. Most importantly, the hotel staff is very friendly,... More

Since five years I am staying three to four nights per year in this hotel. If the management will start to refurbish the rooms and facilities the hotel will rereach the level they have been. Cleanness of the room was exellent. Also perfect service withe the conference room. For an European guy the breakfast is quite poor. The coffee has... More
