Hotel Benito is one of the best hotel in TST. The hotel is very near to the MTR (from the hotel corner (cameron road turn right and the MTR exit is just a steps away) and very accessible to all stores, food chains (mc donald's and kfc just 10 to 15 steps from the hotel) and fine dinings. Malls is...

I stayed in a single room a week in Oct. The room is really tiny. Then I stayed in a delux room a week in Nov. Certainly, the size of room is slightly bigger. Bed linens, towels, etc were not clean enough. The shower area was full of chlorine bleach smell. The location is excellent. 2 mins away from the...

I did book this hotel about a week before arriving into Hong Kong. The location of the hotel is really close to the MTR subway stop of Tsim Sha Tsui. Less than 100 meters if I were to guess. The room was clean, and the air conditioner work nicely. The only downside of the room I got was the size....

Room is small, but a great location. 2-3 minutes walk to mtr station. No breakfast for this hotel but fast food corners are just across the hotel. requested for late check out but they only allowed 30 minutes extension.

Never thought I'd write a bad review but I have to be honest that Hotel Benito is the worst hotel I have ever stayed! The location is pretty good. It was under construction and we do understand about the noise and inconvenience. BUT the cleanness is totally the worst part ever!! Out of 4 bath towels, 2 were with stain...

We’ve stayed at this place twice now. The staff are helpful and patient with questions and payments. It’s near the MRT station and tucked just off the main street. As with anywhere in Hong Kong, there’s not plenty of free space but the rooms are adequate and clean.

The manager told me, they don't have regulation bout nature disaster and don't need to refund room fee very strictly. I felt very uncomfortable about manager attitude contacting customer and...
