The hotel is outstanding as always, but i tried out the new and improved bar for lunch.
I ordered a hamburger med. well....it came med. raw. it was also to have bacon on it, it did not.
i asked for it recooked to well done...More

While I do stay at many Marriott locations, the Renaissance Hong Kong Harbour View Hotel always makes me feel very welcomed and the staff goes out of their way. This is always my first choice of hotels when I am in Hong Kong.

Nice location, good Chinese restaurant, clean and new rooms... but concierge staffs were horrible. They were impolite. Chinese staffs are nice, cheerful and effectiveness, however western staffs are impolite.More
