First, I could say its location is great near shopping mall, at the MTR tsim sha tsui station, clean room and cheap. For the con: bad staffs, rude and not helpful. Building entrance is terrible, full of people who will approach to you all the time, Bad smell and singing at night. Lucky that we do not care but not... More

I liked that Lucky Hostel doesn't requirement you to pre-pay but I didn't like that they had to transfer us to another hostel for the first night just because we arrived around 8PM (which I already informed them a month before our flight). It is difficult to unpack the first night and transfer early in the morning, what a hassle.... More

I booked this hotel at the last minute. This hotel employs the rudest staff I have ever met in my entire life. The morning after I had an "ok night" with this hostel, I unintentionally left the key inside the room and was locked out. To my shock, I found that there is no receptionist in the morning at the... This guesthouse is ok considering the price. Located on the busiest street in Hong Kong. We were very surprised to find out the hotel is inside a building full of street sellers of everything you can imagine. The rooms are awfully small but pretty clean and the bed quite comfortable. It is ok just for a couple of nights and... More

Recommended by the colleagues in HongKong, the hotel is very closed to the office so I would not have to rush in the morning. Location super good where you may walk to the Habour in few minutes, great view from the room. It's a small room but spotless in everywhere, internet service was fast and the hot water comes fast... I don't even know where to begin on how awful this was. We had already been staying for a week on Lamma island for a week but as the last ferry is at 12:30 we decided for our last night to stay here as check in was allegedly allowed until 1:30am. We arrived at 1am and after battling through irritating... More

This hostel seems to be getting a bad rap but considering it's excellent location and cheap price, I think it's not so bad. The room is small, of course, but who spends a lot of time in their hotel room when on vacation anyway? We had a private room and there was a bed which took up about the whole... More

Don't visit this hostel. There a lot's of better ones in Hongkong. This one belongs to the famous Chungking Mansion in Kowloon. That means, that the whole first floor is a huge market place with shops and risky purchases, that is open all night long. So if you want to stay with family or kids this would be the wrong... More
