Staff was also OK, but there were hairs when we got to the room, HAIRS! EWWW! the mattress was TWO IN ONE!! I mean you could feel the point where they joined together like an iron bar... management, please... but what really stuck with me... and I mean really stuck because we were there for a race event and therefore...

Baybridge is originally a service apartment but they still have some rooms for leasing out 1day like hotel. The hardware is totally unacceptable. There is smell in the air which disturb you a lot. The furniture is old and dirty that you wont be willing to use.omg...just look at the picture...

When I booked this hotel I don't expect a luxury grand lobby, marble floor room and full services like spa, room service or business center. But I am looking for a quiet place, away from the busy city center for me to escape over the weekend. The 1 bedroom was nice and spacious, I have kitchen so that I can...

Having high hopes for my month stay in this serviced residence, my bad experiences started before arrival. 1 day before departing UK to arrive in HK, I check the website to see if an airport transfer is available. It is, at a fee, regardless I called the hotel to book the transport and pay in advance to be told that...

The view of Bay Bridge is stunning. We could enjoy the wonderful sunset in our room. That was really impressive. There is a small kitchen in our room so that we can cook our food (remember to bring all the seasonings yourself). Our room is big and clean. There is a living room and bedroom. It is hard to find...

It is a part hotel and part 5-star hostel. We stayed at the hostel part. Ideal place for a family of 4 or more. Hotel room in Hong Kong is small and can accommodate mostly 2 people per room. This hostel is spacious and clean with a kitchen (kitchenettes included). Free shuttle to MTR (subway) and Airport Express Train. The...

You've got what you paid for, economic choice for such a large space. To be fair, view is nice. I don't think the house keeper is doing his/her job right, hotel staff knocked on the door asked about how's the house keeping, such a waste of time and disturb, I just don't bother. How difficult to spot these uncleanliness, your...

After 3 nights staying right in Kowloon I was ready for a small break from the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong and I got it here. Lovely location, I still felt I could do everything I planned to do touristicly (Tours of the city, Disney) but not be dead centre of the city. The shuttle bus was super, if...

Away from bustling downtown, the Bay Bridge Hotel was the perfect place to end our trip with relaxation and beautiful scenery in a luxurious apartment. One of our favorite parts of this hotel - besides the massive terrace overlooking the bay and the bridge, was the full kitchen. Only a short distance from nearby supermarkets with local food and prices,...

Celebrate anniversary with my love. The front desk named Karen was very helpful and upgraded us to the sea view room. The view was so nice and we enjoy it. Also, we can cook for our dinner in room so that we have an unforgettable stay here. The bath tub was good as well and feel so relaxing. I suggested...
