We wanted a cheap central location in HK to stay and this was it. Right outside the MTR and lots of shops / restaurants nearby and so near the Star Ferry and the Harbour / Promenade so your can go and see the skyline view. Chung King mansion is an experience in itself - this building is well known and...

When you are looking for a place to stay in Chung King Mansion, you have to first get your expectations straight. These are all budget hotels: spaces are really small - usually with a bed or two and just enough space for a luggage or two to be placed upright or underneath the bed; the bed is usually long enough...

This is one of the worst Hotels I have stayed in Hong Kong. Chung King Mansion is dirty and you will have to wait in line to get into the elevator. Leave this place for trash of the world. Find a respectful place.

The location is excellent, the rooms are typical Hong Kong small, it's clean, the staff is nice, the wi-fi works great. Overall, I found it quite good, especially for when you're on a budget and short stay.

My friend and I booked the hostel for the convenience of the location and price. We stayed in a 4 bed mixed dorm. The staff is very friendly and helpful with getting around and providing information about what to do in Hong Kong. The room was very small. The top bunk was difficult to get to; the last step wasn't...

We stayed 2 nights here and were very happy with everything! The staff were friendly, the owner put us in a family room as we had big backpacks instead of the double room we paid for. This was greatly appreciated. The room and bathroom was compact. Large space under the beds for our bags gave us a lot more room....

Located on the 16th floor, Block A, Chung king mansions in Tsim Sha Tsui, the hotel was suprisingly livable. Though honestly the elevators are small but safe. We reserved a family room - a two double bed room with fan, good AC, hair dryer, TV, and a hot shower. They changed our bed sheets, pillows and blankets with the fresh...

If you plan on sleeping during your time in HK, do not stay here. We had pre-paid 3 nights at the hotel but really should have left after the first. They have problems with the plumbing, so the pipes build pressure and make an obscenely loud noise that wakes everyone up. The first night this happened we were woken up...
