If you chose to stay at the side of the hotel Not facing the bay, it should be fine. For the rooms facing the bay, you will hear the noise anyway (the higher the floor , the less it'd be. I'd say above 28th is acceptable.)

We elected not to have breakfast at the club lounge as we usually find breakfast at the main breakfast has better varieties of food especially the hot dishes.
