Couldn't find anything to fault this hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Well appointed rooms and the 2 restaurants we dined in were excellent. Great location next to a huge shopping centre and MTR station.

I stayed here with my family for the total of 5 nights,the hotel is clean .staff is friendly and the breakfast excellent.
Had dinner at Alibi ,oysters and tartare excellent as well.

Our Outdoor Pool is open from 6:30-23:00 hrs daily, will close depending on the weather. The pool heater is on throughout the year and is adjusted according the the outdoor temperature. I'm sorry that we don't have a toddler pool or a shallow area. The most shallow is 1 metre high. The jacuzzi next to the pool will be too hot for a toddler.
