The shuttle to airport express from the hotel is free. Check with hotel desk on schedule of pick up. The airport express is where you can check into your flight & drop your luggages. Then you will hop on the airport express train which will take about 30 min to Hong Kong International Airport. This is a paid train but depending on number of travelers you can avail on multiple tickets that will be cheaper.
