Booked this hotel last minute without knowing it before for a short business stay. Very helpful staff, great rooms (got an upgrade for free to the Exective/Club floor), top cleanness. The breakfast was not what I would expect in this place. Overall a good choice.

Conveniently-located hotel with great amenities--spacious, comfortable and clean room for HK standards, and very nice bathroom. The check-in process could have been more efficient (took too long!), and the first room we got was on the 8th floor, which meant that we could hear (and feel) the train noises from the MTR located right under the hotel (in the MOKO...

All in all this was a good place. Fine location - on a metro line, buzzing markets in near proximity to the hotel. Rooms spacious, clean, ok view. The pool area lovely, great pool and even better Jacuzzi. Just disappointing the pool area is a no photography area, not like we want to take pictures of other people, just of...

We enjoyed our time at the royal plaza. A little difficult to find if arriving by MTR but well worth the trouble. We went to Prince Edward station instead of Mong kok east. On arrival we were escorted to royal club reception where the girls were extremely helpful at all times especially Kiki Kathy and Sharon who gave us loads...

Stayed with my family in the Family Deluxe room and it was just so spacious and comfortable than any other hotel we have stayed in previously in Hong Kong. The location was good too as the hotel was connected to the mall which was a short walk to the MTR station inside. We loved the beds and it was so...

Second time that I'm back at this hotel. Easy ease to reach the hotel via Airport shuttle services. Walking distance via the linked overhead bridge to the shopping area and good food in mong kok area. Room and toilet are big and clean. Great experience there.

Loved the hotel! Conveniently located in the heart of Mongkok, it's directly connected all the way from Mongkok station, which is connected to many different lines, usually just about 1-2 stops away. There's even a nearer mtr station to the hotel, called Mongkok East, but if you're coming from the airport, Mongkok is the easiest to get to, plus there's...

The room itself is small but very clean and comfortable and offers all of the amenities one would expect from a hotel in this class. However, this is not a great hotel for a woman traveling alone. The king room I had reserved was not available when I arrived, and I was placed in a room with two queen beds...

Beautiful accom but you pay for it. Was accessible to mall, train station, markets, beautiful settings, surroundings, executive facilities. However on arrival booking was somehow cancelled technical mishap, quoted one rate they could've honoured that rate but we had to pay $100 HK more. was A great stay.

We are a family of 4 with an 8 and 3 year old and chose this hotel based on the location. The hotel has an entrance that spills directly into MOKO shopping centre and has easy access to 2 major train stations. From the airport we took a taxi as we had lot of luggage and 2 kids. The cars...
