We stayed for 1 night, the hotel location was really great, just 1 block away from famous Nathan road, full of shopping activities. Also 1 block away from Temple street, night market activities. Jordon MRT is also nearby in 5-10 min walking distance. The contra is room is small, but is expected in HK. Lift was spoilt during our stay,...

Good location; hotel is between 7-11 and wing on department store. It's a minute or two away from Temple Street Night Market and 10 minutes away from TST. Near currency exchange , restaurants and nathan road. There's a wifi router in every room which can connect an unlimited number of devices. Efficient housekeeping service. Not so good points: 1. This hotel went above my expectation actually.. i meant for such a low price on a weekend 750HKD for twin room (including service charge) including breakfast, i did not expect much. The receptionist lady was friendly and she could speak English super fluently. There is 7-11 convenient shop just downstairs. It's approximately 400m from Jordan MTR (10min walk or faster)....

The hotel's location was perfect. It was conveniently located next to the Jordan MTR station and there were lots of dai pai dong (street food vendors) near the hotel, some of which are on the 2017 Michelin guide. It's also right off of Nathan Rd and is served by the Airport A21 bus.The rooms were small but this is HK....

The location is amazing near all the local subway stations, many shops all around short 2 mins walk from hotel and right near a heap of restaurants - great location for a short stay and 7/11 next door. We stayed in Hong Kong for 2 weeks in Dec 2015 / Jan 2016, the hotel is small and rooms are very...

We booked for 3 nights but left after 1 because we found several cockroaches in our room. Reception staff were very apologetic and refunded the remaining nights of our stay. The whole feel of the hotel was a bit grubby, the breakfast had loads of choice but none of it very nice. Tea and coffee in the rooms but only...

Hotel room is very well stocked with amenities. Love the room that we were allocated. 305. Decent small room but clean. Only main problem is not enough power points for two people. Most staff are friendly and helpful.. better than what I stayed in last time. Location is extremely convenient. The street name was so easy to find while we...

Staying in Jordan / Yau Ma Tei

Neighbourhood Profile
Jordan / Yau Ma Tei
The Jordan and Yau Ma Tei neighbourhood is where you will find some of the more authentic areas of Hong Kong. Not as glamourous or busy as its neighbours Mong Kok to the north or Tsim Sha Tsui to the south, Yau Ma Tei is often mistakenly overlooked by visitors on their trips to Hong Kong. Exploring parts of this area makes you feel like you’ve been transported back in time. A large part of the neighbourhood draws from the rich history of Temple Street, stretching from Jordan to Yau Ma Tei, where a mix of dai pai dongs (outdoor restaurants), market stalls, fortune tellers and old karaoke bars bring out the history and culture of the area. The neighbourhood is a showcase of diversity – different ethnicities, cultures, and a mix of old and new.
