I must say: I was shocked! We booked this hotel beacause we wanted to stay in a romantic Hotel near the beach! But it was not so: the owners are not very friendly, the rooms are not very clean. Especially the toilets and the showers are a mess! Never seen a dirtier hotel in my vacations. I could handle all...

We booked in this hotel 4 months previous our visit. When we were in Phillipines and Thyphon crossed the islands and our flights were cancelled so we couldn't make it to El Nido. We tried to reach the hotel by phone ( more than 10 calls), more than 20 emails ( we tried so hard because our loss was more...

Didn't know what to expect from here - it's a 3+* rating but that is a stretch. Getting to the islands is the only reason you would visit here and to honest I don't know if it is worth it. Key points - - the worst 5 hour trip on the most horrible roads and bear in mind that's up...
