Don’t stay here! We payed for 9 nights at this hostel and upon check in everything seemed fine. They asked for full payment on arrival which we happily handed over. We were given the room key and settled into the room... now 5 days later we were woken up by staff and told we need to ‘transfer’. We at no point were warned of this during our check in or given even a days warning to arrange new accomadation. We went to the reception to try and resolve this issue to which the lady replied that she will give us a smaller room (even for the same price.. no refund) We asked for the half of our money back since we will no longer be able to stay there for the planned time its really ridiculous not to warn travellers about this in advance. The lady only gave us a small fraction of our money back and its really a dissapointing experience considering we were enjoying staying so close to nacpan beach. As a nice gesture they could of helped us arrange transport to El nido town to find more accomadation since everywhere nearby is fully booked. But we were left to struggle through the mud with our backpacks. Terrible service! Dont waste your time or experience of Nacpan by staying here when there is much better accomadation around. Hours later we have found a much more helpful hostel who were friendly and accomadating. Dont waste your money at Where2next nacpan!

This is a terrific stop for beautiful Nacpan Beach. It's the place to go before it becomes too crowded. It's an easy walk to two beautiful beaches. The food in all outlets around about is superb. Operations of the resort are good. Wifi is strong. Free head massage with coconut milk is a bonus. Shuttles to and from El Nido are frequent enough and safe. Staff are efficient and competent. The beach is one of the best around.

Probably the best hostel I’ve stayed in Phillipines so far. Clean, great location and very friendly staff. Highly recommend for travelling solo, or with friends. Some fun, cheap places to eat around the area, and great food at the hostel.

Hostel has variety of accommodation from private rooms, through dormitory to tents. Common spacious bathroom with few showers, Wc's and sinks. All clean and tidy. Have your toiletries and towel. Laundry: handwash service only, takes one full day to get your clothes done. Food pricey like for Philippines but it's damn good homemade food! What next?  C'mon you're next to the beach with a little "civilization", that's the beauty of this place. Do not expect to sit on internet longer than 1/2 h if you lucky, and only at certain time - early morning ;) Take tours with the hostel, meet great people, make friends and enjoy your stay socialising in hammock area. Don't forget about beautiful sunsets at the beach few steps away and incredible stargazing at night. No hot water.. What!? Calm down you don't need it here. Having a cool shower it's a pleasure really! Bear in mind that it's still kind of remote place. Staff nice, friendly, helpful. Atms in El Nido town, which is 1/2 h away from the beach by trike, scooter or van. Be organised with this one. They might be out of service or not available every day. If they are there are long queues. Have a great time! I loved it!

We met a few people in the hostel and we booked a tour together (island hopping) we paid 1,700 pesos each for tour A “all included”. First of all we had to swim to get to the boat as it was in the middle of the sea, then we went to the small lagoon and they asked us to pay 500 pesos for each kayak we took which was insane as it was supposed to be all included and we only had the kayak for like 10 min. We headed to the next stop but it wasn’t the same as the stops included in tour A, they said the weather wasn’t good enough. The lunch they gave us was really poor for 8 people, just a piece of chicken per person and rice, we didn’t even have water just a bottle of coke and orange soda. When we arrived to the hostel we complained to the management and they said they couldn’t do anything, although they were who organised the tour so they should be responsible for the facts. They didn’t offer a solution. So basically we paid a crazy amount of money for the worse tour ever! The prices of the hostel food are also insane and the management is absolutely helpless. Not recommended at all.

I always stay here every time I go to El Nido. Just this March I went back and stayed for almost 2 weeks again. This eco-friendly hostel is so amazing and so zen. The place has a great ambience and the staff are friendly and nice. They are also very helpful in organizing tours, van and airport transfers as well as ferry rides for guests. They are probably the only place in Nacpan that has a working wifi so that's a major plus. The food is also delicious and they have options for vegetarians and vegans. I love their curry and Filipino dishes. The pancake topped with fresh mangoes is a breakfast fave. If you're looking for a party hostel, this is not it. But they do serve drinks and we did drink with other travellers in the hostel and partied by the beach in the evenings. The annoying group of dogs that people mention in previous reviews are gone now. There's only 1 or 2 left and they are very nice and behaved dogs. They help guard the hostel :D I will stay here again when I come back to El Nido. Highly recommended!

I've stayed 20 days in this hostel because I couldn't go away. Staff is lovely and always prepared to help, the food is the best of the country, and it is near of both beaches. Less then 5 minutes walking to the Calitang (beautiful beach for sunset) and so close of Nacpan Beach. During the night, we went to Mad Monkeys for parties and the way back home was also safe. You can do friends there, if you are traveling alone. Great atmosphere. Also, the only place where I could find wifi in all El Nido!

I arrived here and was overwhelmed: comparing to all the other places I stayed in Palawan, this was so good... Or not even comparing: this place is amazing. The hammocks, the bathroom, the rooms: everything looks so good and clean. Also amazing staff and I liked the location: bit more quiet than at the beach. O, and not to forget: the wi-fi is amazing, the best I've had in Palawan. I was totally happy, until the night... when people walk in the room the whole bed shakes, so unfortunately I had a really bad night here :( That's why I rate it 4 stars, otherwise really worth 5!! O, and another improvement: the lockers, my lock didn't fit...

Pros: 1) Very cool and relaxing place to stay near Nacpan Beach. 2) Staff are friendly and welcoming, though we had a few miscommunication on the payment upon our arrival. 3) Cute animals everywhere. 4) Decent price for a backpacker. Cons: 1) We chose a tent though it is not very spacious as what is shown on the photos. 2) Expensive food. 3) The toilets are not well-maintained. We didn't catch the 6am jeepney ride to town since the it was hired and left early that day according to one of the staff. Kudos to Mila and Jason for offering us a ride on their truck from Nacpan to El Nido town. Thank you so very much!

We loved our stay at Where2Next and wished that we could have stayed longer than we did! We stayed in a private tent but that was fine for us. The bathrooms were a unique design which I liked. The hut in the center of the ground with hammocks and beanbags to chill on was nice for relaxing and a good place to meet fellow travellers and play with the adorable little goat! The reception and dining area was also a nice outdoor space where karaoke took place every night which was very entertaining. The staff were amazing and fun and friendly! The beach was just a short walk as was a small family run restaurant which was also good!
