We rented a private suite on the marina. It was so quiet at night that we could hear the waves on the beach. We had ribs at Joe's Pub for Peso 130, that were fall off the bone tender. The Margaritas were excellent. The birds are amazing. A great spot for winter warmth, soft breezes and laid back quiet reflection.

We stayed 2 nights in Puerto Aventura Beach Resort which was not really a beach resort but rather like a mangrove resort for PHP2500 per night. Room came with air-conditioning, mosquitoes, and set breakfast of bread and eggs. The suites where we stayed at are four to a block and there were mangroves and mossies everywhere!
