Together with my family, we stayed here last July 4-7. (We booked from a travel agency.) Everything in our tour was great! JLais Pension House made it more memorable. Place: The house is just along the city that you can reach the airport in just 5 mins, a mall across the street, different restos outside, and a local market 5...

Me and my friends booked a Palawan tour at one of the agencies at Puerto Princesa for a 4days 3 nights. We enjoyed every tour we had from Underground river to City tour.. What we don't like most in our stay is here at J-lais!!!! First thing first, the owner didn't even greet us.. They're not accommodating at all!!! They...

We didn't have any big problems here, but there are nicer places to stay for the same amount of money in Puerto Princesa. The room is small and grimy feeling because it's old. It's close to a lot of restaurants and the main part of town, so that is a plus. Also, the free airport transfer is a nice bonus....

The people here were FANTASTIC! They were very courteous, kind, and hospitable for no reason. I really enjoyed talking to the manager, as she always ensured we had the best accommodations possible. The staff were very knowledgeable of the area, and gave great recommendations. The driver associated with the hotel/motel was also very nice, and gave us the best service...

I spent one night here alone and then one night with my friends who were joining me from another destination. I had originally only booked the one night by myself - however after how helpful the family were, I came back with my friends for another night. It is a family run pension - they picked me up from the...

We stayed here 4D3N and the hospitality of Nanette and John was amazing. They went beyond an extra mile to make sure our first time in Palawan won't be the last. We were picked up at the airport and checked in without hassle. Since we don't have a plan for our first day, Nanette offered us a free city tour...

I and my family stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights and the services from the owner down to their staff is superb and is truly an example of Filipino hospitality! The place is strategically located near to several restaurants and banks. We made some personal requests which the owner graciously accommodated. The breakfast served everyday varies and everything...

Free pickup from the airport. It is a family runned hotel, so very save!! The bed I had on the main floor was spacious enough for one person. They asked, when to serve the breakfast and woke you up at that time. For that price (800PHP - single room over booking.com) it was good! The wlan worked perfect. They can...

“The rooms are split into several different types-Singles/Doubles, and Families. The top floor has a piano you can use, if you could figure it out. Be sure to bring a power strip, or buy one from a nearby Ace Hardware, because the rooms have very limited amounts of power outlets. I am a photographer, so I usually need to plug in a ton of equipment and batteries at night.”
