This place and the management is amazing. We were booked for a cottage room, but there was some construction going on near it so we got upgraded to the sea view. The view was great, not postcard great but it is a good vantage point to see the beauty of the island. Bathroom was big, too big for just two...

Me and my boyfriend found this hotel to Agoda. The place is very quite and this is one of the best place to stay if you want a peaceful stay in Boracay. The hotel is far from beachfront but you will surely like the ambiance of the place. The owner is accommodating (although he was drunk). He let us stay...

As I've mentioned, this is a great place to stay at if you don't mind a climb. The hotel is located on top of a hill, about a hundred steps from the ground. It would take less than 5 minutes to get to the beach. This place is recommended to those who like the quiet. The suite itself was huge....

We booked this hotel on the positive reviews it had received but noticed that there were none from 2014. We had booked and paid for 8 nights but stayed only 4 before leaving and booking into another hotel. We have stayed all through Asia at guest houses and never had to leave in the past until now. The pool is...

The reason why we chose this hotel to stay at was because of their amenities, including the pool. In the photos, the pool looked great and clean. However, when we arrived the pool looked disgusting and dirty. We understand that the cause was because of the super typhoon "Haiyan". What we do not understand is why they did not clean...

Stayed here last October 2013. The staff are very friendly and accomodating, even the dog! :) Before you go here, you have to climb 90 steps to reach the entrance. There's a swimming pool and a jacuzzi. The room is clean, with fridge, safe, and a/c. The bathroom is ok, with functional heater which is important for us. It is...

I'm working in a customer service company, so I would say I know how to gauge a superb customer service experience. People here are so nice especially "Caren". I could not ask for more. I will be back here and that's for sure.

We stayed at 1 of the 2 bedrooms with sea view on the top floor so was rewarded with an aerial view of the Island. The club was located on a hill so you have to walk up over 80 steps of cement/concrete staircase to reach the entrance... could be quite challenging if you're carrying large, heavy baggages with you...

We stayed at Jayjays for 4 days & 3 nights with family & friends. The whole staff (Raul, Karen, & Cathy) are very friendly and accommodating most especially the owner himself "KIDD". Kidd & the staff even surprised my daughter on her birthday with a burger cake & chocolate sundae from Mc'Donalds ;) The facilities are perfect (jacuzzi, billiard, pool...

“Even if you are going to choose for a budget room, it will still look better than other hotel's budget room”

“The reason why we chose this hotel to stay at was because of their amenities, including the pool. In the photos, the pool looked great and clean. However, when we arrived the pool looked disgusting and dirty. We understand that the cause was because of the super typhoon "Haiyan". What we do not understand is why they did not clean the pool. And when we asked the caretaker about it, the niece of the owner she arrogantly and disrespectfully answered, "Hindi nyo naman sinabi na gagamitin nyo ung pool eh tsaka kung pool lang pala ang kailangan nyo eh di lilinisan" in english (You did not tell us that you were going to use the pool, we'll clean it) something like that. We reasoned with her that it was part of their amenities but she told us that it was because of the typhoon. The typhoon happened 2 weeks ago before we arrived and asked them why they did not clean it. They said the owner did not want the pool to be cleaned. Which was ridiculous of course. The niece called her aunt which is the owner and we heard them talking on the phone and the aunt was angry at the niece because they did not make the place presentable. The phone they used was also our phone. The caretakers didn't make the place presentable. It was in fact a horror to stay there, because of how we were treated. When we arrived, they were watching television and ignored us. We caught their attention when we said we were customers. The service was really terrible especially the niece who was so arrogant and disrespectful. We were so tired because it was already 10 pm so we just decided to stay for the night and change hotels. When we were sleeping, the power went out. That was 3 in the morning. They did not notify us about this. Really, really terrible. We decided to change hotels and went to Sofia Hotel which was really nice and the first thing that we noticed was the pool. Which is crystal clear. And the people were warm and they welcomed us. Unlike Jay Jays Club. I wich the owner was there and did not leave her business and her hotel to her niece. It would have been different. Overall, Jay Jays club is terrible because of the service and how we were treated with DISRESPECT. Do not stay here unless the owner is managing and there to greet you. Thank you.”
