Best WiFi in room and out, compared to more expensive beachfront multi storey accommodation, Villa Sunset is cost effective especially this time of the year for our 13 night stay. The rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable with good air conditioning, mini bar, safe, clean bathroom and linen and beach towels. The pool area is very private and set in... More

My friends stayed here for 3 days last week. They were amazed by how safe the place were. There were lots of security 24/7. The house we rented was clean and perfect for 6 persons. The only downside is the 3 bedroom house is actually 2 bedroom, 1 room got a door, while the 2 other bedrooms don't have. So... More

When you read that a place is 3 mins from the beach and it’s called sunset villa the least you expect is to be able to see a decent sunset. Turns out its called sunset because it’s probably at the fag end of its useful life. The Sunset Villa is a run-down place located in the middle of numerous construction... More

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Sunset. There was a group of us that stayed here for 7 days. The staff was so wonderful. This place was so intimate and private, enough for our group to come back from outings & to relax in the pool or beside the pool area. You will be discouraged by the alleyway... More

The hotel staff is smiling and good security person take care the main entrance 24 hr. Overall the hotel is good. Just the alley when night time walk back a bit dangerous. Because no light at all. 2 min walk in alley without a light. When raining the floor full of mud.

This hotel is accessible via one of the beach paths in Station 2. When we went here the hotel next door (another Regency hotel) is under construction. Nothing too noisy or distracting. From the beach, the path is walled by bamboo and concrete walls. Nothing else to see but after that alleyway, this is the first establishment. The hotel is... More

Here I am back again for my 3rd stay at one of the best hotels I have stayed at over 30 years of visiting Boracay. A real family atmosphere awaits all guests on arrival, with a great team on hand to make any stay a memorable one. We stayed this time in what I would call an apartment one the... More
