The check in was a breeze, the staff were very helpful and provided timely and useful advice on the delights of Singapore. The immediate area is packed with great bars and restaurants. The local craft beers are a must. The hotel restaurant delivers an excellent Singapore seafood buffet. In sum, a great hotel.

Your front counter staff was most patient and understanding. We actually spent three attempts to get a room that was right for us. I would recommend your hotel to anybody Whois going to Singapore. Your concierge staff were also friendly and efficient.

We arrived after an over night flight at 9.20am, we were promptly told our room would not be ready until 12 or maybe 1pm..we were so tired! However, by 12pm we were shown to our room which was very disappointing. There was hardly any space to put our clothes, the room was very small in need of re-furnishing and redesigning...

Dear nordickaz I would like to apologize for information provided by our staff at the front desk. We do have the Premier Room (room size 26SQM) and the Executive Suite (room size 48SQM) available, but limited in number though. It is disturbing to hear that the room you stayed in has the damp and musty smell. It would be helpful...

I stayed at Park Hotel 2 weeks. The hotel is located at a great place in Singapore. Clark quey is very special place to go party, bar and restaurants. Hotel rooms are Ok. Price at pool and looby restaurant are extremely expensive. 4 beers are the same price as one night room. Anyway, I recommend Park Hotel as a good...

During previous visits to Singapore, I had seen this hotel and found it to be ideally located in the Robertson's Walk area, one of my favorite gastronomic neighborhoods in Singapore, so this time we tried our luck and decided to stay there. And how lucky that decision turned out to be: the hotel is not the newest property in the...

Checked in for a night over the weekend. The lady at the counter wasn't extremely friendly but gets the job done. They've complimentary wireless and parking in fact, I was told that guests could ask for one complimentary exit per day during the period of stay. Was upgraded to the club lounge level on level 10. However, it was made...

Having stayed in Singapore previously we decided to stay closer to the centre which is why we choose this hotel on recommendation from our travel agent. We stayed for 3 nights. Location is good and not far to travel to your touristy areas. This holiday was special - for my Mothers 50th birthday and prior to arriving I requested if...

Dear Emma_Louise2206 Hotel was running high occupancy for the month of April and thus early check-in would have been difficult due to tight room situation. Of course, the staff could have taken a step further to explain matter. We are concerned that our staff are not helpful as mentioned in your feedback. Any possible way that you can write to...

We stayed for 3 nights at the end of our honeymoon. The hotel had come recommended by trailfinders and we were given the impression that it was a high end 4 star hotel. The hotel looks great from the outside, the lobby area is pleasant. The rooms are very basic and cramped. We had a view of the river but...

Dear Sierra1Ireland Thank you for choosing our hotel for your honeymoon stay. Meantime, we do have travel brochures located at the bell counter, which you may have not been briefed, and for this, we do apologize. It is disturbing to note that complimentary drinking bottle have not been replaced during your stay and also the impression you received from the...

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on a short Singapore stopover. The hotel is at very convenient location for commuting and is in very vibrant area, especially over evening. It is located just outside Robertson Walk, 5 minutes by foot from Clarke Quay. There is plenty of bars and restaurant nearby. The hotel itself is really nice. Check-in...

Staying in The Quays

Neighbourhood Profile
The Quays
From Marina Bay, a walk along Singapore River will take you through the three Quays of the city, each offering a very different atmosphere. Boat Quay features historical sites and a buzzing riverfront vibe. Clarke Quay caters to the party crowd, while Robertson Quay appeals to the leisurely wanderer. Weekends at Robertson Quay and Martin Road also give a peek into the lives of expats in Singapore, as the riverfront teems with joggers, dog walkers, and those getting their caffeine fix over brunch or enjoying a burger and a beer. No matter what you’re up for, the three Quays have something to keep you happy, day or night.
