Location wise, it can't get better than this. I liked the fact that it was not smack bang in the middle of the hustle bustle of the city and was quite a calm place, yet close to Bugis MRT (15 min walk) and just 30 meters walk from the back lane (the famed North Bridge Road) with bus stops right...

Our stay at Santa Grand Hotel Bugis was perfect. We were in Singapore for the WTA tennis finals so a convenient location and reasonable price for a week's satay were important. The hotel was a short walk from the Bugis MTR and then easy connections to all parts of Singapore. Our deluxe 4th floor room was comfortable and clean and...

Had a good and pleasant stay at the hotel. Stayed for 3 nights with minimum trouble. Had a room with a view of the street on the second floor. Hotel was a little cramped, but for this price cant expect more in a city like Singapore. Location was good, 10 minutes walk from Bugis MRT and 5 min from bus...

Staff were ALL excellent, we did have a minor issue when we arrived, I booked a room for two adults and a 9yr old child and was given a room with two single beds. The staff were great and promptly moved us to a larger room at minimal expense to us (I would check directly with the hotel during peak...

Staff is friendly. Location in good. Room was ok, but it was not cleam. We found papers from others guest below the forniture and lot of hair below de bed. About the bed it does not fit if you are tall, so you have to sleep with your foot outside. I have 1,83 and have asked for another room with...

I've been here two times in he last two weeks. Hotel staff is normal, don't expect and special service. Rooms are good sized, but not too clean and little bit noise. One night somehow they gave me a room without a window and it was terrible.. You can find better in Singapore

I stayed for three nights in a room without a window, yet it did not feel like a little closet space converted into a guest room (as was the case in some other hotels with windowless rooms I have stayed in). My only point of criticism is that both the fridge and the air con were rather noisy, especially the...

We have recently stayed at Santa Grand Hotel Bugis for almost 1 week. Although the hotel is not new and probably in need of some refurbishment, it was a very pleasant experience. The room was adequate and the shower did not lack hot water. It was surprisingly quiet despite our room being situated on the second floor directly beside a...
