Stayed here for a week. Clean and hygienic room, large bathroom, comfortable beds. Room service needs improvement. The charging points are far away from the bed, and the hotel does not provide with extension cables. Recommended for a pleasant budget stay.

This hotel was the last one on my tour from Thailand to Singapore, and by far had the friendliest staff. They helped us get cabs, find fun places, and made us laugh. I would definitely come back to this small, nice hotel. Its only problem was it is hard to find the entrance.

Its great to stay here, warm and very helpful staf. Room is clean, altough the coridor is a lilbit need more light. In 2nd Storey you can refill your mineral water. What most valuable is, even we already checkout in the morning, we could still use bathroom at 2nd storey next to jacuzii. Especially when our flight is still in...

We were transferred to this hotel after booking into the Hong Kong Street location, but they didn't have a cot for our baby (that's another story). We had to pay the same price but this hotel was far lower quality in all aspects. The kitchen was closed, so we received a 'breakfast box' containing items that I would never eat...

I booked this hotel via traveloka with discount idr.300++ with deluxe king room type. The rooms are large enough bathroom with bath tub. Rooms are cleaned every day, drinking water, towels, and amenity kit replaced every day. Check-in process quick and easy. We did not order breakfast because the restaurant is still being renovated. Distance from mrt bras wet and...

We booked in for two nights to this hotel. The lobby is a construction zone, has a hidden entrance that would baffle even locals, and is a construction site. The rooms themselves are awful. They are absolutely filthy. The windows and sills are covered in thick mould (see photo), the walls have small holes smashed randomly about and are covered...

Lovely little place in a great location, there are a few bus stops close by, there's a food court across the road, bars and restaurants are only minutes away on foot. Nice gym and pool area, very helpful and friendly staff.

Construction work going on on-site: bad smell. Really terrible gym with only one thing to do weightlifting: a broken down machine that falls apart while using. Pool half full of water, while the water jets don't function. A/C shut off randomly. Room was clean.

I had the occasion to visit Hotel Bencoolen to see friends who were staying there. I was shocked to see the whole reception on the ground floor was blocked from the street which was closed off for an MRT station construction. The room on the 6th floor has 2 narrow single beds squeezed into a shoe cupboard space and a...
