Stayed 2 nights in Superior Queen bedded room. 20 minute $20 taxi ride from the airport - check in staff very friendly - room size good - bathroom on the small side - not a fan of the see through walls. Good location near Chinatown and Clarke Quay (once you can work out exactly where you are). Happy to lend...

Very happy with this hotel. Staff are friendly and the service great. The room we had was smallish but ok, modern, clean, and the wifi was the best we have experienced in Singapore. The walls in the rooms are thin, but a bit of room etiquette deals with that. The only thing we found missing was a good bedside lamp...

Stayed for 6 days. Good value for the money. Staff is nice and helpful. Housekeeping is all-day cleaner. Location is great, many turist attractions in the vicinity. I recommend eating breakfast across the street in chinatown.

So you will read the rooms are small. I've stayed in bigger but it was single occupancy so no problem. You only sleep there anyway. Could no fault staff or services and a 7 min walk to the Chinatown MRT which is great to get you most places easily. I chose this hotel on price first, needed two rooms and...

Stayed for 4 nights. The room is of a good size for Singapore, and the price. The room was a standard room with good working air conditioning (sometimes too good). The lobby is pretty nondescript. It's a bit of a walk (10 minutes) to the Chinatown BTS, but not too bad. It's also next to a highway, so you can...

I stayed for 4 nights as a combination of a stopover before returning to Australia and, to allow for some client meetings. The room was larger than expected and, despite arriving early, I was given access shortly after 10.00 am. Included in the room is slightly more than the basic essentials but, Housekeeping was anything but basic. They had a...

I find it very good that they always keep our room clean. This hotel is good value for money when you book earlier than your expected stay. The hotel staff is fluent in english, friendly and accomodating. Hotel location is very close to chinatown which i really like best.

Its a simple hotel with basic amenities. Room, toilet and bed is a little small but overall is clean. Breakfast buffet is limited. Staffs are polite. Location is not bad, near to Chinatown. Overall, had a pleasant stay.

Average hotel with small rooms but the location is excellent. Close to chinatown and public transport to get around Singapore. The staff are polite and the hotel is ok, good for travelling on a budget. Tip: There is a food hall around the corner for the locals that is a great stop for a cheap and tasty breakfast.

Not the value for money. There is no room service. The room is too cramped. Bed is ok and washroom is also small and extremely cramped. Location is nice in centre of town and it is an extremely peaceful area. Staff is very courteous and helpful.
