    Convenient + ticked all the boxes
    Clean, modern and very convenient as central to Clarke Quay. I needed a 2 night stop-off and this hotel was perfect. Good breakfast choice with an outside terrace, plenty of lifts, quiet air-con and efficient reception. Would I go back, absolutely.

    Excellent breakfast, business like hotel
    Hotel is well located and very efficient. The services are a bit minimalistic but cover all essentials. Breakfast spread is very good. Chose a city facing room. Room was sufficient for solo but maybe a tight fit for a couple. Good to go for 1-2 days though.

    I will be arriving at the hotel at 2:00AM. How do I alert the hotel for a late check-in so they can hold my (pre-paid) room?. What is the hotel's direct email in Singapore (not the corporate office)?. Thank you.

    What's the best way to get to the cruise port from the Holiday Inn? What is the cost? Thanks!
    You need to establish which cruise terminal you are departing from as there are 2, Harbour Front and Marina South Pier. Both are served by MRT subway trains and easily and cheaply reached by train from the local Clarke Quay MRT station that is an easy 10 minute flat, mostly covered/shaded walk from HI Clarke Quay. Station also has platform access by lift from road level if required. I used this route a couple of times with both wheeled cases or hold-all type luggage without problems.

    Hello, we are arriving in Singapore on Nov. 9 at 6:30am. Will shuttles be running and available take from the airport at that time? Also will we be able to store our luggage upon arrival as I am guessing our rooms will not be ready for quite awhile.
    Hi Mary. When I was last at Singapore in sept, my family and I took a taxi from the airport straight to the Holiday Inn express. The fare is standard depending on the size of the taxi you are taking. Hope this is helpful.

    I have chosen payment when l arrive at the hotel as lm from Australia do l need to have singapore $s to pay or can l use australian or..can l pay cash..I will have to get Singapore $s at the airport its to expensive to do in Aust.
    The rate at the airport is actually pretty good so is a good place to change $ when u arrive.
