Excellent staff and awesome butler service (shoe clean, tea and coffee). After we checked out on the last day and we went out to do more sightseeing, when we return, the staff recognized us and took us to their spa and offered their facilities for us to refresh up/shower.

Enjoy the St. Regis, their service and location! U're in walking distance to the city centre. However, to go anywhere in Singapore by Taxi takes you about 30min. as mostly you're somewhere in the center or at the edge of the island and want to go back to the centre.... so 30min you're everywhere. Uber is available and convenient too.... Regarding the W. I can't give you much advise on it, as I haven't stayed in that on yet. Enjoy your stay!
