The hostel is nicely located a 5 minute way away from a lot of the restaurants and tour operators in Pucon and only a 15 minute walk away from the lake. The owner is a friendly and welcoming woman (note: her English is VERY limited). We had a room that came with an ensuite bathroom. Both were very clean and...

The owners are very friendly and welcoming, they asked when we would arrive and went to the bus terminal to welcome us there. There is a big kitchen for common use as well as a garden. On New Years Eve the owners invited all guests to a barbecue which was really great. There was a nice atmosphere, meeting interesting people....

My husband and I stayed here while visiting Pucon. The hostal was close to everything and we were lucky enough to stay in the outside cabin. It was a wonderful place to stay. The hostess, Ema, was very sweet and accommodating. The bathrooms were clean as well.

Price is reasonable and the place is very confortable, clean, organized. The owners are very helpful, I felt like I was home. The hostal is near to the Tur-Bus station and there are lots of restaurants and travel agencies close.

This hostel is definitely recommended. This is a quiet hostel very closely located to town centre and everything you need. Rooms are cosy and I paid dorm rate for a twin room. The lady who runs it is very friendly and speaks some English. Excellent kitchen facilities that you can make full use of. If you want a party hostel...

Rooms are cosy, and clean, super comfortable beds with blankets and quilts gallore not that you need them all as there is heating in the room as well as the common areas. The kitchen is really well equiped and kept spotless. A breakfast is not provided but shops or resturants are close at hand. It's one street from the bus...

Only 2 blocks from the city center, quiet area, and amazing heating which is a must in the winter. The owner/hostess was super friendly and helpful about local attractions. For the price it can't be beat.

We loved this place. We showed up without reservation, even though we asked for a dorm bed, we found ourselves lodged in a VERY nice and cozy private room with bathroom for the price we were expecting to pay for a basic dorm. The ladies there were extremely helpful and very welcoming, we felt like at home right away. The...

Home away from home. After staying at loads of busy hostels it was great to have a quiet night at a warm, friendly hostel/home. The lady met us at the tur bus bus stop about 1 block from the hostel which was unexpected. Excellent hot showers, cable tv with english channels, super comfortable bed. Fast Internet. Nice kitchen, free tea/coffee....

“The cabanas were great, but we never saw the rooms in the main hostal area.”
LoriWynn, 13 Mar 2014 | Read review
“We were in the little cabin in the back. Nice because it was just two rooms, but when there are 5 people in there, it's pretty cramped! Only one person in the kitchen at a time because of the layout. It was quieter in the back. The room with two beds got a lot of sunlight during the day so was quiet warm, but it cools down considerably at night.”
