The sounds of the waterfall still linger...Rossana's hotel was incredible. Gorgeous view of Villarica, the hot tub at night, incredible desserts, great organic garden with the best frambuesas and arandanos, beautiful grounds and pool were all part of our amazing experience. Am not sure where to start, as there was so much about this place that was/is perfect. First thing to know is they have just opened a "hotel annex" that provides hotels rooms adjacent to the reception/dinner building, so you have the option of a private, stand alone cabin, or a hotel type room. We stopped just for a day in wintertime but were pleasantly surprised by our lucky choice. The owner upgraded us to a creekside cabin with a beautiful view and a wood burning stove.
