Our travel agency booked 2 nights in a cabana. When we arrived, the woman at the reception was not friendly and the check-in took a long time. Our stay was prepaid but the receptionist wanted us to pay 105.000 CLP for the cancellation of an other guest! The cabana itself was not well maintained. We did not use the pools...

I went on a tour from Puerto Montt. I'm a nature guy, so I skipped the baths and went for a hike in the park. The woods are pretty, but if you're a tree person I would spend more time in, say, Alerce Andino National Park, where you can see trees that can't be seen elsewhere (or at least not...

These cabanas were about the only option for us if we wanted to look at the Puyehue NP. If you are self-catering be aware that the nearest supplies are in Entre Lagos, 50 kms away - equally that is the place for fuel for the car. It is OK if you are forewarned and are approaching from Osorno, but we...

We reserved a cabin for two nights, and arrived the following day. After we checked in and they charged our card we were told the cabin was not ready. We walked around then and looked at the indoor pool, which was not very nice. When we got into our room it only took us five minutes to realize that we...

Getting lost in the woods can be a rewarding experience if you are lodged at this beautiful hotel. The service is very good and the rooms, though quite small, are stylish in their decoration and have a bath-tub where to take thermal baths any time you like. But what makes the experience truly unforgettable is the series of swimming-pools, both...

We were pretty disappointed by this place. The indoor pool was closed and under repair. The outdoor pool caters to hoardes of bus travelers who arrive en masse to the pool. The cabins were rustic and relatively expensive for what you get. The master bed was.... Well, scary. Old, smelly, I was a bit creeped out. Main living area was...

I stayed here for just one night as part of a large group on a charity cycling trip. We arrived late in the afternoon but in time to enjoy the hot thermal bath before it closed. It was a real treat to relax there after a tiring day cycling over the Andes from Argentina. A river runs past the hot...
