This hostel is in a fantastic location and is relatively quiet. Rooms were a little tired looking and the beds in the private rooms were really old and worn out. Staff are helpful although some don't speak Spanish.

A very nice hostel in the heart of the Bella Vista area! I found it very easy to meet other People quickly. - Just one minute walking to the restaurant and bar street - 5 min walk to San Cristobal mountain

We stayed just one night. It was a Wednesday and there was not a lot going on. Not the cleanest hostel also. The hostel is very central in the city which is a good perks though. We had a good service at check-out but not so much at check-in.

The private room was in a separate building next to the road, which was very noisy at night time, hardly slept till 4 am. The shared bathrooms devently need a renovation mold was visible in the corners and the shower was quite dirty. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is good but in the middle of a party area.

Best location, super nice staff that helps you during your trip to Santiago, comfy beds & all in all very pretty. Would always choose it again! I went there without knowing anything about the city but you'll meet a lot of lonely travelers you can get to know. The hostel is perfect for meeting new people, since there are events...

The prices were cheap, but the hostel was not clean enough, there was a weird smell everywhere. Big bathrooms but not enough for everyone. Small room for six people with luggage. Well located in Bellavista neighbor.

staff is extra friendly and goes out of their way to be helpful! [directing me to their sister hostel to park my rental car for free!] Property was quiet and clean and I even made friends to travel with the next day.

To start- I think this hostel is central to the fun and adventurous parts of Santiago. It was my first time there and I spent 3 nights here. I like exploring in the evening checking out the local restaurants and bars...this hostel is walking distance and central to that-- which is great after a night of drinking. Also, I was...

My booking and check in for the BellaVista Hostel was smooth. I had a unique request that I had a medium large box of valuables and I asked over the phone whether the lockers would accommodate this. The receptionist took measurements and assured me this would be fine. There was plenty of space in the hostel and the electronic pin...

The location of the hostel could not be improved, but unfortunately for the kitchen and the toilets I can't say the same. We saw a rat in the living room next to the second kitchen, which made us avoid cooking there. Good wifi, hot showers and pleasant ambiance.

“If you want to travel and meet people, stay in doors, its a lot cheaper and isn´t that bad ´cause are small romos, I mean, share with 6-8 people. If you move to Santiago to work and need a temporary stay, please for the sake and respect for other guesses... book a private single room :)”
