I stayed in La Casona for two nights, location was excellent, the hostel rooms and everything you would expect were clean and up to standard. I felt at $20 per night for a six person dorm was pretty steep. No complaints as far as it goes, but I would opt personally for another hostel when I next stay in Santiago...

I was welcomed with beautiful huge gates that made feel like I was stepping into a different time zone, away from the bustle of the city, but stilling being in reach of that bustle. Awesome Free Breakfast, the small details are what got me, the way they set up the tables in the cutest way. The care and welcome was...

I loved the place, came to spend a 3 day trip with my husband, and everything was lovely, chill and people here were warm and sweet. I highly recommend this hostel, the breakfast is delicious and fair.

Stayed 2 nights in a dorm. Beds are good, breakfast is south american style but you even get sausage and cheese. Metro around the corner, theater/plaza de armas/restaurants & bars in walking distance. Safe area. Staff in the hostel is very nice and helpful. I would sure go here again. Enjoy 🙂

I was really pleasantly surprised. I only stayed one night after sharing an apartment with friends but it was great! Comfortable dorm bed, clean bathrooms big kitchen, decent common areas. The only complaint is lack of outlets--one plug in 6-bed dorm. Breakfast is basic but better than many places! white loaf bread, cheese, jam, and cereal

This is. Great hostel. Everyone who works here is nice, it's super clean, and very quiet! We really enjoyed it! We had an orange tree out of our window and were in walking distance to many cool parks, museums, and the plaza.

Great hostel. Really nice interior, dorms standard, there for a week and everything was fine! Nice staff, had a great living room which was important to chill and a good place to meet others. Highly recommended. Location is fantastic!

3 of us turned up at the hostel after it had been recommended to us but we didn't have a reservation. The man at reception said we could have a bed in a dorm room for 20,000 each. This is rather expensive. When we asked about the price again, he was so rude to us and said that's the price,...

I stayed at this hostel on 2 separate visits to Santiago. It's in a great location for accessing the central city, many of the key sights and Bellas Artes metro station is just a couple of minutes walk away. The hostel is set in a lovely big house and on a quiet street, but very close to other great neighbourhoods....

Enjoyed my stay at La Casona Hostel near Bella Artes Metro in Santiago. Excellent location 10 minutes from the town centre and museums. 2 minutes from metro. Lovely converted house, clean, comfortable and very friendly and helpful staff. Typical South American hostel breakfast. Dorm room was quiet at night (except for snoring roommates), had big lockers and private bathroom with...
