We are staying here at Hotel Ciudad De Vitoria as we are delayed due to the Air Traffic Controllers strike. Great spot and very central. I would recommend it. It's feels very old world South America! I think it deserves a higher ranking. Continental breakfast is okay-fruit, yoghurt, croissant, juice and toasted ham & cheese. Coffee is hot milk and...

My first visit to South America. Taxi at airport recommended when I said about $70 near central area of attractions. Great reception staff, high care and attention to detail by staff and in rooms. Free wi-fi. Breakfast I thought was quite fine (included). I think I heard it was owned by a few women - and they have the whole...

This was a third time we stayed here. I love the location. I love the staff. They are kind & helpful. Clean clean clean. Free wifi. Soft plush towels. Soap is even wonderful. It was hot and room a/c not as strong as I like it but I certainly was comfortable. Slept like a baby. Steps away from subway and...

I had a super long stopover in Santiago on my way to Brazil from New Zealand. I hadn't booked any accommodation and had no idea where I was going and it was all a bit much, with the arrival gate flooded by yelling taxi drivers who could clearly see I was foreign... one of them seemed kinder than the rest...

I stayed at this hotel on the suggestion of a taxi driver after ariving very early on a 18 hour stopover. The rooms are ok mine smelt heavily of cigarette smoke but they were otherwise clean. The breakfast is very basic, and the hot water lasts all of two minutes. My stay would have been ok if i had not...

I got here after loosing a plane following the suggestion of a taxi d driver and therefore i can blame it Orly on myself. The hotel occupies two floors in a tall building and these two floors were carved out of only one floor by adding an intermediari ceiling. Result: of Youth are a smurf you can fit in. My...

This is not a fancy hotel. In fact, some aspects of it are downright weird - the wild profusion of dried flowers, for example. And the free breakfast is appalling. But the rooms are very large, by Santiago standards, the internet is excellent (also a rarity, even at the 5-stars), it's clean, the staff is lovely, and the location, immediately...

This hotel is conveniently located, just half a block from Bellas Artes subway station. It is in a nice residential area, yet within walking distance to Plaza de Armas and all the tourist sights. I stayed there for 3 different nights and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was continental style and served on the 3rd floor. What makes...

The hotel is on the second and third floors of an office type building half a block from Belles Artes metro station. Booked only a few days before my arrival, I was given a double room instead of the smaller single that I had seen and paid for. Check in was quick, friendly and efficient, in fact all the staff...
