We stayed 2 nights at the "Pullman Santiago El Bosque". Free buffet breakfasts were great (no custom omelettes). Had a light dinner on site one evening. It was good value; however, I would not classify this establishment as having a full service restaurant.
Room was quite clean and comfortable with a city view. Bell Hop staff were courteous and helpful in making phone calls to spanish speaking establishments.

The Pullman Santiago El Bosque has all the usual trappings of a Pullman with great comfort and buffet breakfast. It is not a classic Chilean experience til you dine at the restaurant which was quite luxurious but service was authentic Chile, right down to the eel consommé. There are no tea or coffee in the room options and we unfortunately lost a set of glasses to the very efficient pick pockets in Santiago.
The hotel is near the Central Park and Costanero centre which was convenient.

Very impressed with this hotel. Modern, aesthetically pleasing, extremely clean, and located in a safe area of the city. It’s just a short walk to the Costanera tower where you can access the huge mall and clean food court with lots of options. (There is also also a “Jumbo” supermarket there for cheap drinks and snacks)

Most importantly the staff were very friendly and helpful, and patient with my limited Spanish.

My only (VERY MINOR) issue was that the breakfast wasn’t overly impressive given the cost. However this was my only issue.

I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was a business trip and the room was very large but a bit sparce with amenities, no coffee or tea making available. The bed was very comfy and the shower was extremely hot with great water pressure. Staff were very pleasant. The restaurant menu was limited if you don’t eat seafood.. I would 70% of the offering had seafood in it.
The area is a 10 minute walk to the famous mall if your into that. I had some great views from room and the 18th floor where the Gym and pool is. Will be staying there again in 3 weeks.

The hotel doesn’t offer made-to-order omelets (understandable), but the scrambled eggs in the supposedly hot buffet were almost cold on both occasions I had breakfast there (3/14/23 and 3/19/23). Can the temperature of the rechaud be increased?
Also, when I was going to pay for my breakfast buffet in the morning of 3/14/23, even before I had started my breakfast, the lady in black leather attire at the cashier, asked if I was going to include my tip in the credit card payment. Tip is understandably expected, but it surprised me that it was being asked for even before I sat at the table and started having my breakfast.
Dinner in the restaurant was nice on my first stay (3/14/24), but poorly served on the second occasion (3/19/23). Few waiters/waitresses to serve the tables, so I had to wait and wait until I finally got the attention of someone. I requested a soft drink and some bread before my meal. The soft drink was poured into my glass, no ice was offered. To get the bread I had initially requested, I had to wait and wait until I finally stood up and asked what was going on. Only after complaining, a piece of bread (and also some ice for my soft drink) was brought to my table and served.
I ordered the boneless chicken with a curry shrimp sauce, which has an accompaniment of a sweet potato purée. I asked one of the waiters if I could have white rice instead or if I could pay for an extra portion of rice, and the answer was no. Only after complaining to a different waiter, it was decided that they would substitute the sweet potato purée by white rice. At that time, my mood had been already ruined, and the waiter that was initially attending to my table decided not to show up anymore after my complaints. A different waiter continued serving me.
And finally, after deciding that I was going to try the dessert suggested by the second waiter (volcano/lava cake with passion fruit ice cream), I was informed by the same waiter that they were short of that dessert.
Well, nothing would surprise anymore after that series of unprofessional behaviors.

The hotel was spotlessly clean the breakfast was plentiful however the staff from reception to doormen to waiting staff - rude unfriendly and unhelpful. No one smiles. Do not recommend. The pool is pleasant although no outside light can get in the rough the heavily covered ceiling. The gym is sparse but adequate. The location is ok but very intimidating walking though groups on street corners near the hotel.

We stayed here a total of three times over the course of our five weeks in 🇨🇱. The first stay (2 nights) was fine. The second time (3 nights), was a daily struggle to get our room supplied. Every day there were multiple items missing that required us to call the front desk. On our last day, we returned at about 3pm and the room had not been serviced. We had to call the front desk and after another hour, a second call to the front desk to get our room cleaned. We ordered room service that night and received some of the worst salads I’ve ever had. The chicken was dry and so hard, we could not chew it. Our last stay, the bungled the reservation and tried to give us a room with one bed. I booked on Accor’s website and showed the clerk my reservation. We had to be downgraded to a lower floor which doesn’t include a coffee maker. They delivered the coffee maker, but no pods. We had to ask for that, and then they added it to my bill. This all took place after coming in from Rapa Nui at 10:30 pm! On the plus side, the location is fantastic and breakfast decent, but many inefficiencies, bad room service food and incompetent housekeeping staff makes me think there must be better and I’ll keep looking.

We stayed here two nights and thought it was a great hotel. The breakfast spread was amazing—one of the best I have ever seen. Lots of fresh, unique juices and drinks, many different foods, including healthy options and also delicious pastries.

It is close to restaurant and the mall. The bar is also very good—the Pisco Sangria was especially delicious!

The front desk was helpful with a taxi, and they also kept our luggage extremely secure with excellent service.

Hotel was clean and comfortable.

I stayed for almost a week and had no issues with my bedroom or anything at all.

Breakfast had a nice variety of fruits, bread and juices.

Food at the restaurant and bar at night was very good, salmon bagel was specially good.

Location of the hotel was convenient for me, most of my meetings were at a walking distance or I could use the subway

I had a pleasant stay at the Hotel Pullman Santiago El Bosque. My room, while not large, met my expectations completely. The bed was comfortable, and everything worked. The minibar, while it did include the usual overpriced drinks, had room for me to add food that I bought myself. I was able to open the window a bit. Only oddity: It took two or three minutes to get warm water in the shower. In a city with a chronic water shortage, this is hard to defend.

The breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly. The surrounding (upscale) neighborhood is lively and safe. There's a nearby Metro station. And the Costanera Center, a multi-floor mall with a large supermarket, is a short distance away. I have absolutely no complaints.
