Perfect hostel. Perfect room, with the most comfortable bed ever. Perfect breakfast. Located in the middle of everything. Lovely staff. The only case I wouldn't recommend would be if you are going after a party hostel.

Had a lovely stay here for the first few days of our holiday in South America. The lady of house (can't remember her name!), even with little English, was very friendly and helpful. Very tidy and clean hostel with a decent breakfast in a great location. However, it's the roof top terrace with panoramic views over all of Valparaiso which...

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered a few different breakfast options and served a great breakfast with more food than I expected. I had an ensuite room. It was on the 3rd floor so quite a few stairs. The room was comfortable and very clean. I really enjoyed my stay here.

This was a good hostel which we found on the day of arrival. It seemed pretty empty but turned out not to be the case as we were woken up multiple times so take earplugs as the flooring is loud and rooms badly insulated. The staff seem very friendly but speak little English. The location was amazing- perfect for walking...

Great place with slightly whacky but nice lady owner! We stayed somewhere else first night (Escalero al Puerto) but were really disappointed ("en suite" was not at all en suite) so moved here. Way better and much cheaper! Lovely location just of colourful steps of steep Templeman street, right in the heart of Cerro alegro. Perfect location for walking all...

The terrace has a beautiful view of the city. The breakfast is excellent. Its location in Cerro Alegre is perfect for exploring the...

I loved staying at Adlafken. We stayed in a two bed dorm and it was clean. It was neat because it really feels like an old house. It was quiet. The area is fun - bohemian, artistic area of Valparaiso, and we enjoyed walking around at night. The breakfast here is amazing - they cook whatever you want to order....

A nice small older place high on a hill in a touristic area above Valparaiso. Buses run close or an Ascular (short cable car) will help you get here. Lots of stairs to help you get in shape. The staff is helpful and friendly but their English is minimal. They custom make you a good breakfast. The internet is Very,...

Very nice hostel in a neighbourhood with a lot of nice restaurants very nearby. Not noisy at night. Friendly spanish (and hardly english) speaking staff. Good breakfast! Everything in the hostel is very clean. A kitchen which you can use. And a very nice roof terrace with good view over Valparaiso. Rooms was cheaper than indicated on tripadviser

We got the large room on the top floor and it was just so nice to see the entire Valparaiso from our windows. The room was super clean. The hostel looks very new. Viviana was very helpful and put an extra bed in the room so we all fit. The view from the terrace/roof is spectacular! We happened to be...
