We spent one night here, and were disappointed. The reception was not all too good, some of the staff acted like they were receiving you as a favor instead of as their job. The room itself was alright, although the toilet did have a slight running water problem, which made it necessary for us to shut off the water for... More

We were here for a couple of autumn nights. The neighborhood, while not dangerous, isn't too friendly. We went out for sushi and on the way back we walked rather quickly just in case. Everything is pretty dark and drunk people abound. The room was very small, but friendly enough. Tiny TV and very, very small bathroom. Not ugly, just... More

I met a realy super nice guy who spoke great english on the bus coming from Santiago airport to Valpraiso the day before my cruise, who actually gave me a ride to the hotel, only 4-5 blocks away, but the area did not look to friendly to walk at night (late night close to midnight). The hotel has a security... More

Hotel is not far from bus station. Room number 8, was nice and clean, the bathroom is a little bit tiny. Window is very small and looking in a sky. Free internet, although slow! Breakfast is ok, it could be better if they wouldnt serve an instant Nescafe coffee. Location is a little bit strange as you cant find any... More

The hotel is close to the inter-city bus stop. It is not in the tourist area but approximately 30 minutes walk and handy to the many micro-buses. They put me in a large room and although I found it very light due to the ceiling window the room and bathroom were VERY clean. It is a bit noisy. The interior... More

the outside of the building is straight ugly. the inside is pretty unexpected and cool. it was an ok place, but it wasn't a highlight of any sort. hard to compare to other places in the city since i only stayed here, but i might try a different place next time as this felt expensive at $100 a night.

I'm not even sure where to begin. I was so unhappy here it almost ruined Valparaiso for me. The location is dreary, loud andon a major roadway, with not one restaurant or bar in the area. It is near nothing nice and I would't think of walking around at night. I booked a single room and it was a joke,... More

More

“My room had two large glass panes as part of the wall. I love getting light in, but some people may not. late at night the inside lights are turned off ( of course there´s timed switch to go up an down the stairs) but some people might want to have darkness during the day as well”
