Excellent accommodation, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Their localization is great, in the heart of the touristical area, with a awesome view. The rooms are amazing, the service is very organized, and, more important, it is very good for the price.

Best location! Had everything you need with great staff and private pkg garage (extra cost but worth it) breakfast downstairs-unfortunately we couldn’t eat outside-little chilly that am. Complimentary bottles water in room plus a couple of nicely priced mini bottles of wine in room and bodega around the corner. Highly recommended!!

We stayed in this lovely boutique hotel when we visited Valparaiso in January 2020 and could not have been more pleased. The location on Cerro Concepcion was perfect. There were many colorful streets with a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops located just steps from the door—and Ubers were super cheap so you could get anywhere in minutes for minimal cost (Usually $2 US or less). We had a small but very cozy little room with sliding glass doors opening onto a private patio overlooking the lower city and bay below. The views were spectacular! The desk was manned 24-hours, so anytime we needed anything, someone was there to help. There was a lovely little restaurant on the lower level with candle-lit tables, both inside and on an outside patio. Although we did not have dinner there, the breakfast buffet that was included with our room was served there. They offered all sorts of fruit, yogurt, muffins, and cereal; a variety of coffees, including latte and cappucino; and eggs cooked to order—even Eggs Benedict. Everything was delicious! I can’t imagine a better place to stay in Valparaiso

Beautiful boutique hotel with friendly staff, great views and lovely little breakfast with a view on the terrace.

Room was very clean and comfortable with stunning sea views but would say as we were in the room near reception it was a little noisy at times during our stay.

Would definitely return but would try and get one of the rooms higher up.

Parking available on street directly across from the hotel for a small fee of about £7.

We came to Valparaiso a few days early before our Viking cruise and selected this hotel. The staff is super fri and helpful. Room 9 has a beautiful view with a French balcony. Breakfast is delicious (served at Kapura down on the terrace). Catalina and Michael at the front desk greeted us welcomingly each time we passed through the lobby. Easy walking distance to several historic buildings and plazas.

Note: no USB connections in the rooms and you will need a South American power adapter.

Nicely located in barrio Concepcion the hotel is brand new with great rooms with a spectacular view on the harbour. Very welcoming staff at our arrival. There’s a payment park on the other side of the small road that was perfect for us.
Breakfast is pretty poor: it’s served from 8.30 (and that’s really pretty late even for tourists like us) and you have a small choice that has to be done in advanced via whatsapp (1sandwich 1pancake fruit and coffee/tea). A the first day the chef simply didn’t arrive so we had to wait 25’ more and still not had what we asked. On the second day we asked for everything at 8.30 as we had to leave for a flight in Santiago and still it wasn’t ready.
They really have to sort things out with the chef. Not really the choice for accessible people. Only stairs

We adored this boutique hotel. It was located in one of the areas with lots of murals which made it great fun to walk around the hotel, and also next door were some excellent restaurants. The view over the water and the hills was gorgeous. Staff was helpful and friendly and most accommodating. My room was on the top floor which I preferred for the gorgeous views while my son's was on the second floor. His view was also very good, just not quite as expansive as mine. Breakfast was served outdoors which was so pleasant in a beautiful garden type area. Breakfast was very good; we all three enjoyed it a lot. There is not a lift which did not matter for us and I would not recommend wearing high heels on the stairs. Highly recommended. So glad I chose this area and this hotel.

Great location, very nice staff.
A bit noisy at night (port construction and fork lifts) but to be expected (view is spectacular!) due to proximity to port.
Great spot to walk to oldest funicular in the city, very close.
Lovely restaurants and boutiques in the neighborhood.
Tasty breakfast included.
Safe, locked parking for a car if you have one (well worth the $15 per day).
No need for a car once in Valpo, Uber easy, central spot for walking and exploring from the hotel.
All in all a very enjoyable stay at a great value.
Highly recommend.

This hotel was walking distance to many of the things we wanted in Valparaiso, restaurants, shopping, variety stores, colourful streets, the famous walking graffiti/wall art Tours-4-Tips. We were 3 couples spending a couple of days in Valparaiso before a Cruise south. On the first day reception directed us to an excellent nearby restaurant over looking the harbour. The included breakfast was very good.

We stayed two nights after an expedition cruise with Hurtigruten, and explored old Valparisio by foot. The front desk staff was excellent and Daniel was very attentive and concerned we could get around safely. Small hotel as expected not suitable if you have mobility problems if staying on an upper floor. Very clean and comfortable. Hot water was not always available though

Dear, Effectively we can make the management of a transfer from Santiago airport to the hotel, the value is 140 USD. Do you want to schedule it?

We parked in the surrounding streets with no problem and we had 3 cars in the party. I think the hotel has an agreement with a nearby car park but we turned it down on basis of cost. Regards
