Located in the historical section of Quito and reasonably priced. Our room was spacious with a fully updated bathroom. Beautiful wood throughout. Service is always friendly and helpful. Within walking distance of historic sites. Fresh fruit, delicious granola, and well prepared eggs for breakfast.

This is the best place to stay in Quito. It is in the old town, which is charming and full of beautiful churches, restaurants and shops. The hotel is a converted home built in 1738 and loaded with charm. It has about 30 rooms, each different and wonderful. We were in room number 23 with our son and it was...

Unfortunately due to flight delays we only arrived at this hotel at 2am and had to leave by 6am. As we had to leave before breakfast the hotel arranged a packed breakfast for us. We were given our rooms and wow it was beautiful we had a double double size bed and it was very comfy, the room was very...

Behind large wooden gates on a pedestrian street is a hidden gem, an old colonial 3 storey house that has been converted to a hotel. It is a few blocks from the main square, but it is an easy walk, or a short taxi ride (as we were advised after dark) but taxis are very cheap. Charming and helpful staff....

Beautiful building in the Historic District of Quito. Rooms and facilities are all first class and the service was excellent. Breakfasts were well stocked and available early which was good as many people left for airport or on trips very early in the day. We stayed here on four separate occasions during our three plus weeks in Ecuador. The hotel...

Happy to endorse the favourable opinions here. The location was quiet (but may not be on Friday/Saturday nights!) in the traffic-free part of the old city. The welcome was excellent, the staff friendly - and our vacation was off to a great start! The room was a good size, and the spacious double bed could easily have slept six! The...

la Casona is a lovely boutique hotel on La Rhona Street. The rooms are lovely and service good. We were warmly welcomed and taken to our rooms after a 12 hour flight . The hotel has no lift - and all the room are upstairs , but well worth the few steps you have climb. To limit the use of...

This is a lovely hotel close to the centre of Quito and within walking distance of most of the key sights. The location is excellent, and the hotel is charming with enormous rooms beautifully decorated, and spacious bathrooms stocked with their own brand toiletries. Quite delightful. The staff are really friendly, helpful and full of good advice about where to...

We spent 5 nights here prior to a Galápagos cruise Agree with all the previous trip advisor excellent comments. We arrived on a Monday around 11pm - took about an hour from the airport - no traffic at that time - and no one one the street. The hotel is in a mainly pedestrian street/Area. Tuesday evening on the street...

My husband and I went here for a couple of nights as part of our honeymoon. Check-in was easy and we were shown to our room. The members of staff at the main desk were very helpful when booking taxis and restaurants and the location was good. The food here was OK with a reasonable selection on the menu and...
