The location is great, just 2-3 blocks from the main square and cathedral. It's a "baroque" boutique hotel, but the price does not goes above average. The breakfast has a bit of everything, they cook eggs however you prefer them on the fly, and has free flow of coffee. The rooms are comfy. The windows face the street, but nights...

Beautifully restored colonial building, a large airy room with balcony views onto street life below, large open fireplace on second floor, local sweet and buttery, brioche-like bread for breakfast, convenient location in the center of the old town, excellent service, very good price. Couldn't ask for any more, and would come here again and again and again. Stayed for 4...

This is a very pleasant hotel in a very well Converted colonial house It has about 10 bedrooms. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast is good, the usual South American style. It is very well located about three blocks from the main square and cathedral. Plenty of restaurants in east walking distance The only issue comes from its...

The hotel is a beautiful building, well decorated, and very comfortable. The staff were, in my opinion, excellent and strived to address my every need. The only negative is the doors to the balcony while being beautiful do not keep the sound out at all. Otherwise this hotel was a great value and exceeded my expectations for service.

This hotel is perfectly located to explore the historic centre of Cuenca. Its spotlessly clean, quiet and the staff are delightful and helpful. No problem if you don't speak Spanish, they have enough English to be of assistance. You can't go wrong here, for the price it's wonderful - you will love it.

This charming old hacienda converted to a hotel is within a couple of blocks of the main square. Check in was quick, rooms are normal, bathroom is newer (but without ventilation). Breakfast is coffee, eggs, toast, fruit, yogurt, juice, etc. Not bad, but not great either (compared to what you get in Ecuador). Service was good. We were coming from...

This is a beautiful boutique hotel close to the historic area. The rooms make you feel as though you are staying in a Spanish home. The beds are comfortable and spacious. There are lovely common spaces that make you feel you are in a living room and not a hotel. Breakfast was very filling great coffee.

The hotel is very very cozy, the attention is great. The prices are very good. Love to stay there. We often go there with our children it is very well situated in the heart of Cuenca. The offer breakfast, not lunch and not dinner but there are plenty of nice restaurants in a walking distance. The rooms are extremely clean...

Great central location, friendly and helpful staff, and good value make it a place I would return to. My tiny complaint would be that our door could only stay closed when locked. With only one key it was a slight inconvenience when we as a couple were not together.
