Very good location as it's only 2 blocks away from Plaza de Armas, and many bars and restaurants. The room was nice and clean, and the bed was comfortable. There was a fridge but it wasn't plugged in so I don't see the point in having one, stocked with soda and beer. Breakfast…
Beautiful hotel, walking distance to everything and everywhere you need to go. The sillar walls are stunning. The breakfast was delicious and generous in size. Their customer service was impeccable. They even took care of my laundry while I was there. Very clean and spacious.
Well worth the money and the stay was a very good experience. It is nice and quite, rooms were larger than average, very clean, has a restaurant with room service, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Additionally has good Wi-Fi.
The worst experience in Peru!!! No hot water, check in took “only” 45 minuets! Overpriced, small very basic room. Avoid please if you can. Many other good choices for accommodation in town. Real shame as location would be perfect.
We spent 3 nights there in a double room. The staff were very kind and the room was comfortable. The courtyard is very pretty and sunny and the breakfast is basic but good. Price-Quality I found it quite a good hotel. Would return :-)
"Pick a room facing the courtyard"
"Rooms off of the back garden are more quiet."
"I liked the room; not the stairs particularly after having done Machu Picchu and all those steps!"
"If you are going to suffer from altitude sickness avoid the stairs!"
"Some people have complained of street noise. I stayed closer to the center of the property and didn't notice any disturbance."
